If you wanna wait in line for 40 minutes, pay $12 for soggy tacos and get spoken to like shit at the window then come to this location lol. I’m not normally one to complain, especially when it comes to customer service, cause I understand but there’s seriously no reason to be that rude. Go to a local taco truck and support small businesses that are nice to their customers and provide quality food.

I am a frequent eater here, as this franchise is the closest to my house. Terribly run organisation. Staffs are unqualified & rude. They slam food out of their window in drive through. This is the worst taco bell franchise in my opinion from the pov of eating at 100’s lf their franchise. STAFFS NEED TRAINING & HYGIENE MUST IMPROVE.

We have been visiting quite often over the last year. It has had a sewer issue in the ladies restroom for that long maybe longer. An elderly woman coming out of restroom told me to be careful because the floor had so much water on it. Who wants to stand in that number one. Two, once your feet are wet its hard to get out without slipping while pulling the heavy door that has a terrible rigged lock on it. No one wants to sit in the restaurant and smell sewage. The tables are never clean. The trash was over flowing we were battling gnats from it so we left. The smell has gotten worse. How is that healthy to have sewage germs filling the restaurant? The staff is friendly but many times seem overwhelmed as to who is taking care of what. I think all the door dash orders bombard them. Management needs to address sewer issue before OSHA is called. Its way past due.
I came to the drive thru around 7:30pm and the girl taking my order barely said anything while I was ordering and then proceeded to give me an attitude while at the window. She complained about having to juggle mobile orders and drive thru orders at the same time, anyone who’s worked customer service understands that certain nights can be stressful but I would never talk to anyone like that regardless of the situation. She needs to grow up and learn how to handle stress before she talks to people however she wants to and ends up getting fired. I’ve never been talked to that way by anyone I was ordering food from and I was absolutely dumbfounded even when I drove off.
