I came to the drive thru around 7:30pm and the girl taking my order barely said anything while I was ordering and then proceeded to give me an attitude while at the window. She complained about having to juggle mobile orders and drive thru orders at the same time, anyone who’s worked customer service understands that certain nights can be stressful but I would never talk to anyone like that regardless of the situation. She needs to grow up and learn how to handle stress before she talks to people however she wants to and ends up getting fired. I’ve never been talked to that way by anyone I was ordering food from and I was absolutely dumbfounded even when I drove off.

Coworker dave was filling a empty tea jug back up at the soda fountain while the lid of the tea jug was touching multiple fountain heads mixinng pink lemonade with mango tea. Everybody more interested in playing than getting orders out.

Don't order from here. There were 5 door dashers picking up orders that weren't done till a half hour later, because they only had one line open.

Typical Taco Bell experience, however, do love the '80s decades that they brought back

Love Taco Bell! It’s become the go-to fast food joint for our family - both economical and fairly healthy.
There is room for improvement at this location with the order taking and executing. They almost always get our order wrong, and we have to sit in the drive through window, open each taco, and check to ensure the tacos were made correctly, which more than often, they are not.
Kid-friendliness: Our son loves the crunchy chicken tacos!

I stopped at Taco Bell to get dinner on my way home tonight. The drinks are not displayed on the menu so I asked what they offer. I was given several answers that didn’t make sense and when I asked another question, the girl said oh my God and started complaining because I was asking her questions. I told her that I would take my money somewhere else if Taco Bell doesn’t want it.
Her manager got on the microphone and said, no no don’t go. She was extremely rude and she sounded like a teenager.
I drove right next-door and I bought dinner at Kentucky Fried Chicken and they were happy to take my money. The cashier was very pleasant.
Now this young lady at Taco Bell can do whatever she wants for this afternoon and she won’t be bothered by this customer. In fact, I will never go there again. I have been going there since the store opened years ago and I will not go back.
I work very hard for my money and if they don’t appreciate it, they will not get it!
