First time to Manor Tavern, met friends forming a party of 6. Tried it for Restaurant week and most of us ordered from that menu. Portions were large, and delicious. For a Saturday night the place seemed understaffed and waits seemed long for service, though each of the courses were brought for everyone at the same time, so that was a win. Inside decor was classic old-money traditional; the grounds and gardens were beautiful.
We had a very early dinner at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon on the outdoor patio. Restaurant Week was happening so we ordered off the special menu which included an appetizer, entree, and dessert for under $50. We went for our anniversary. They had a nice selection of vegetarian options online, so we decided to give it a try. The drinks were good, I had a yummy mocktail. The beet salad came out with no goat cheese, the server corrected that quickly. My entree was a tofu stir fry.
