Came here this morning on my way to work. Cute place. People were nice. The blueberry lemon muffin was good, but the açaí bowl was probably the worst I’ve ever had. It was frozen (including the fruit). These bowls should be fresh, especially for the price. I understand prepping base and keeping it cold, but they shouldn’t be frozen, especially the fruit. It took me 25 min to get to work from there and it was still a crystallized block when I got to the office. I ended up throwing it out. Considering I paid nearly $18 for a bowl and muffin, I was disappointed. Portions are small as well in comparison to other places I’ve been to.

Quality coffee and a delicious bakery are exactly what Hereford needs. I am so pleased to see a local business grow and thrive.

My wife and I visited the bakery for a breakfast sandwich. When we met Miss Evette we found out that she bakes everything from scratch. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich was one of the best. I'm a fan of sourdough bread so I decided to order a half loaf. I picked up the bread, took it to the house and my whole kitchen smelled of wonderfully baked sourdough bread. This is by far the best sourdough bread I have ever had. What a difference from the sourdough I buy at the market. They also have a wide arrangement of coffees. If you're out and about this bakery is certainly worth a visit.

Kid-friendliness: I see pictures and notes from schools and children coming to visit the bakery on the walls. Sounds like the kids love the place!

More than just a bakery, this hidden gem nestled in the heart of Hereford is truly a blessing! The breakfast food and beverage: Latte, "Monkton eggs", bacon, muffin were made to perfection. The people making my food/beverage this morning were overflowing with with joy and spirit! Much needed on a cloudy Thursday. Thank you!

Dough run is an absolute gem! For me, it is a staple within the Hereford Zone. The quality of food, service, and espresso is truly exceptional. As a loyal customer for years, they have continued to keep my confidence and belly full. Recently, management has changed but has maintained the same great quality that I have always experienced. Please do yourself a favor and visit this wonderful local business. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been a Dough Run “regular” since shortly after they first opened. The food is wonderful. Unlike many other eateries, they have not gone to cheaper ingredients since the pandemic and you can tell by how fresh and tasty everything is. The sweets are amazing and if you are gluten-free they have an increasing number of items available for you. I highly recommend the gf/v “gruffins” and the lemon squares when available are not to be missed!

As a first time customer today, I called in a "to-go" order today for a breakfast sandwich.I was really excited and looking forward to finding a new coffee shop to patronize.I arrived and paid for my sandwich. I stood out of the way, quietly, patiently waiting for my sandwich. The worker in this picture, completely unprovoked, from across the restaurant, began verbally attacking me for holding a coffee in my hand (from another establishment) which i had been drinking while driving to Doughrun to purchase items from Doughrun. The entire restaurant was stunned at this worker's emotional instability and personal agenda to apparently attack customers at random.I explained that I was simply picking up a to-go order, not sitting down, and would like to go on my way.I'm appalled at this individuals rudeness! Never in my life has any restaurant employee anywhere verbally attacked me in this manner. When I asked to speak with the manager, all the employees said HE was the manager. Unreal. This individual has 1000% GUARANTEED that this is my family's, friends' and acquaintances first and LAST attempt to patronize Doughrun.Who knew that in Hereford, you have to be ULTRA aware of what beverage you are holding in your hand as you go about your day... otherwise you are subject to verbal abuse lol!!Oh, and I found hair in my food.Business must be going well for the owners if they're willing to lose a lifetime of business from customers over claimed "faux pas" of a customer innocently holding a cup of coffee while buying their products! If I had been drinking a water while making a purchase from Dough Run, would I have been attacked for the brand of water I chose?Does McDonald's attack me for the beverage I'm drinking while picking up a "to go" order in the drive through?SMHI continue to be stunned by the Owners responses and viewpoints.Does the owner think I woke up on a Sunday morning with the intent of sabotaging his business by picking up a "to-go" sandwich as a first time customer while unintentionally holding a coffee purchased innocently earlier in the day from elsewhere?I don't own a dog. But if I did, he thinks I would put dog hair in the sandwich which I purchased, intended to eat, and politely returned, without asking for a refund?I sincerely wish this Owner the best of luck.Perhaps next time you see someone holding a coffee other than yours, you simply invite them to try your brand too.
