Love the atmosphere, live music, and the food truck!! The food is amazing. We love the bang bang shrimp tacos and wings. Very large menu! My family who loves beer like their selection however I wish they had more variety of drinks for non beer drinkers.
Drinks are amazing, food is amazing, the child to adult ratio was 7:1. If you are looking for a child friendly brewery it’s perfect. If you don’t want to accidentally stumble into a 5 year old’s birthday party that may or may not consist of 30 screaming children and brain rot happy birthday songs, this may not be the place you want to go. The website claimed that all children must be within 6 feet of an adult at all times but that was not even remotely enforced and children were running around screaming bloody murder literally everywhere.
The place is beautiful. Beer is good. Food lines can be long but with a little planning it’s not a big deal.
Loved this place but how they handled us being there during a storm one time will always leave a bitter feeling. Had 30-40 people show up for my FILs 70th birthday. After being there for 5 minutes, a huge storm rolls through and takes the power out. So we are stuck in there. Go to buy people beer and they said the systems are down so they can’t sell us beer. I say I have cash and they don’t have to make change. They still say no. Explained the situation and they didn’t care. I understand having a policy but if you don’t leave room for caring about customers in your policy then it’s a crap policy. So concerned about employees miscounting beer and them missing out on a few dollars that they don’t allow a 70 year old to have a beer on his birthday.
We live across the street and this was a selling point for us to move into the neighborhood. Beautiful brewery, great beer selection and really fun events. We think the owners are great and we’re incredibly fortunate to have this place down the street. Rayroni wood fired pizza is the best!
NO DOGS. Just drove an hour from home to the only brewery on farmland in Maryland that doesn’t allow dogs. Called the number to confirm, to be told they were banned 2 years ago because one irresponsible dog owner. Good luck with your business but we won’t be back. Off to Guiness Open Gate brewery who are now dog friendly.
Great beer in a daycare setting….no thanks!
Very nice location and setting .
Great beer, atmosphere, and service.
8/8-hazy beers very bitter this visit
This farm brewery certainly has charm with its rustic aesthetic and scenic sunset views, but unfortunately, looks can be deceiving. The experience left much to be desired.
The food staff was not friendly and dismissive. The mac and cheese was inedible—oily, flavorless, and clearly an issue for more than just our group as we overheard other families complaining about it too. When we brought this to their attention, they wouldn’t apologize or offer a refund or exchange. Instead, they told us, “Feel free to throw it away.” Not exactly the kind of service you’d expect.
The nitro oyster stout I tried was possibly the worst beer I’ve ever had. Maybe it’s just not for everyone, but it left me questioning their brewing standards.
The cleanliness was another major issue. We spotted a bird flying inside, and fresh bird droppings covered tables on the top floor of the barn. Flies swarmed the windows, and since you have to bus your own tables, everything felt sticky and unsanitary from previous patrons.
If you’re coming just for the photos, you might be satisfied, but if you’re looking for good food, drinks, or hospitality, I’d recommend steering clear. Sadly, the setting isn’t enough to make up for the subpar experience.
Restaurantji Recommends
Cool brewery with 3 bars that we found. We sat outside at the horse barn area and then had a few beers inside the large barn. Delicious variety of beers. Neat place.
Great brewery. Comfortable, roomy, friendly. Always enjoyable
Very nice family friendly farm brewery
Great Day outside.
Place never disappoints. Love the Jockey juice! Great pizza! Glad they are located so close to home!
