Most dissapointing $300 I've spent in quite some time. I remember when this was a great place with a bit of quality control. They are running on a reputation that expired some time ago. A special occasion diminished by lack of care.. mediocre service and a kitchen that put out inedible meals to three of us

Dear Manor Tavern Management,
I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during Thanksgiving dinner. I made a reservation two months in advance for our party of nine,hoping to enjoy a delightful meal at a place I’ve always loved.
Unfortunately, upon our arrival at 5:00 PM, we were informed that there was no turkey, mashed potatoes, or stuffing left. It was disheartening to have to piece together a meal of ham, cold rice, and cold beans for my 88-year-old mother while my friends rushed to grab dessert before it was all gone. We ended up with brownies and Rice Krispies, which was not what we expected for a holiday dinner.
We paid $140 for drinks , rice crisbies, brownies, and what amounted to very little food, which left me feeling embarrassed for inviting my friends to such a disappointing experience. I’ve always held Manor Tavern in high regard, so it was disheartening to see how things have changed. We were all hungry and had to stop at Royal Farms to get some food!
I truly hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for other customers. I appreciate the hard work of your staff, who seemed to be embarssed and doing their best despite the circumstances. We all loved the Manor Tavern! It has gone down hill with the management of today! I want to thank them for ruining my 2025 Thanksgiving Day!!

Food was very good. Service was, sadly, not this time and where our table was situated was very cold with a strong draft coming in from outside, so much so that several of us needed to keep our coats on. Our table was also not in a spot that was easy to navigate to the buffet as I had requested for several in our party with mobility difficulties. I understand the automatic gratuity for a party over 6, but for this experience at least, it seemed to equal no effort in service and a very inflated tip.

The Turkey dinner was delicious. Very good salads. Desserts were a bit disappointing. Wait staff was attentive, friendly and in the holiday spirit. Overall we were very happy with the food and ambiance of The Manor.

Everything was impeccable...from the service to the food. Dessert was amazing!!! All around, wonderful experience.
My husband and I had a really great experience here. We came to celebrate my new endeavor as an entrepreneur and they made us feel really special. We had an issue with one of our meals, they handled it super well and comp'd our meal. The staff was great and the atmosphere was very warm.
