Stopped by on a Friday, between 4 and 5. Picked up 2 stomboli's. Both were excellent. A young woman with tinted hair, and young man were working. Both were very nice and friendly crew. The food was fresh and prepared excellent.

This is a decent sub shop. The prices are good, the food is what you would expect but the service is excellent!

Can't even deliver food 1hour and half before they close. I'm only 15 minutes away from them. The menu isn't even updating!

I don't go to Michael's because the food sucks, and as a side note, their delivery drivers are the reason there is road rage!

we finally came back after a few times last year when the food wasn't up to par
We came back about 2 weeks ago and food was good
This past Friday night we ordered subs and my sub and onion rings were so soggy they got thrown away and the sub my husband had wasn't good
We stopped going to Michael's cause the food wasn't as good as it used to be, we heard it got better so we gave it a try and it was good, so we ordered subs last night and my sub was not edible it was a soggy mess and the onion rings weren't crispy like before but soggy also, my husband also said his meatball and cheese sub wasn't good either
