There was a small line on a Sunday afternoon but it went fast and after we ordered it was ready in about a minute! Will be back.“

“I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve been getting food from here atleast once or twice a week for the last year and it has always been amazing. At first glance the prices may seem a bit high but you get HUGE portions. (stop going to chipotle or qdoba, this place annihilates them). Food is extremely flavorful and always well cooked. I once asked to make it a bit more spicy and then next time asked for even more spice and it was so hot I was sweating. And I have a pretty high spice tolerance. Overall, this place gets an 11/10. Definitely overperforms for being run out of a food truck and exceeds expectations. This place deserves to get a storefront and restaurant space.“

The owner is super nice and his passion for BBQ comes out in his stories about his business. This is a must visit in Rockville.“

“Delicious pupusas. Several different options (cheese, pork, beans, loroco). My favorites were the plain cheese and the pork, but all were great. They also have a ton of stuff in addition to pupusas.I ordered at the truck and they took about 10 minutes. Came out piping hot. You could also call ahead and save the wait!The truck is inside the BP gas station parking area, left of the convenience store. There's a picnic table with umbrella if you want to eat there.“

“Had the pork al pastor tacos. Amazing. Literally best I’ve had in the USA. Nice chunk of pineapple, amazing spices, super fresh and all the ingredients rocked. Signs on the truck indicate that you can order in English via phone but I was fine with limited Spanish :) cannot recommend enough. Mackie's packed all our food individually and then put it all in an aluminum pan just big enough to hold it so it survived the trip back home with no problems.

This place is the best! We went to the Gaithersburg (Ziggy Lane) location

I think prices are reasonable for what you get, service is always pleasant. The ribs are my favorite, but everything else is good, too!

There is a table out front for those that wish to eat there. We did carryout.

“Even for non-meat eaters!My office has ordered from Andrea’s in the past and I’ve been hearing about the “best burritos in the world”. I finally got to try one today! I was nervous because, as a vegetarian, I saw that everything on their menu includes meat. I didn’t want to miss out on their burritos, so I took a chance and ordered the California burrito with *no meat*. 6 other people in my office also ordered the same thing, but theirs with meat. I was worried that Andrea’s would see a large order of what looked like identical burritos and put carne asada in mine too. But when the order was ready, there was one burrito carefully labeled “veggie”. I was SO happy and even happier after my first bite. The burrito was DELICIOUS. I can’t wait to try more “vegetarian” food from Andrea’s! Thank you for the amazing food and amazing service.“

“I mean it's a food truck at a gas station, not much atmosphere. Other than that No complaints!! Unless I get there late and she's out of pollo??‍♂️. Not her fault lol. Never been disappointed and if you're nice you may get some home pickled jalapenos, definitely a great lunch option. It's my go-to a couple times a week. Definitely recommend ??“

“Delicious pupusas, tamales, and sopas! My only slight criticism was the curtido that comes with the pupusas is rather salty and it is less tart than other curtidos I have tried at other pupuserias. We were stuffed and unfortunately couldn't order more. We plan to go back to explore other items on the menu. Be aware though, this is not a Mexican restaurant. The large menu features other Central American countries, which is a refreshing change. The space is large with high ceilings, yet homey. We were there on a Saturday night and there was live music. Definitely recommend!“

“My partner and I were searching for a quick dinner spot and managed to find Taqueria Xintli a few minutes from us. We stopped by and are happy to have found it.The basics:- They have tacos, tortas, quesadillas, sopes, gorditas, burritos, and a few other popular Mexican dishes- They also have natural aguas frescas (tamarindo, Jamaica, horchata, etc)- They don’t have any seating so be prepared to eat in your car or to do takeout/pickup- We placed our order at the window and waited about 20 mins for our food- The lady who took our order was polite and helpful.- They give you one red salsa and one green salsa, the latter is not spicy at all. The red one is spicy but flavorful.Food review:- We got a carne asada sope, carne asada taco, carne asada quesadilla, pollo taco, and pollo sope- My partner got the tacos and he said they had a lot of meat and that they’re well seasoned. He does wish the meat was slightly less salty, but I think that’s true for the meat regardless of the dish.- The sopes also came with refried black beans, lettuce, sour cream and cheese. The masa was thick enough to provide a strong base, which isn’t always the case at other restaurants. The one thing I wish they would improve on the sopes is the amount of lettuce they top them with. The chicken one barely had any which left me wondering if the texture would’ve been more balanced.- The quesadilla was HUGE. I had no idea it would be long. In pictures it’s easy to be deceived, but the one I’ve attached in my review very easily stretched across my lap (and I’m not a tiny woman). Definitely make sure it consider the size when ordering, because you will likely not have room for anything else, if you manage to finish it. I couldn’t finish it because I dug into my chicken sope first. The area for improvement with the quesadilla is the amount of cheese that they put into it. I understand you can’t have a quesadilla without cheese, but they went a little overboard. I couldn’t really taste much of anything else and I wasn’t the biggest fan. I found myself removing some of the cheese to have more balanced bites. Overall, this was my least favorite item from today.- We also tried the chocolate caliente and agua de tamarindo. The chocolate seems to be water-based and has hints of masa and cinnamon, so it’s almost like a chocolate atole, but much darker and less thick. The agua de tamarindo is refreshing and perfectly smooth. You can actually tell it’s made in-house and not from some powder. The tamarind pulp isn’t present in terms of texture, but you definitely still taste it in the drink, which leads for the perfect balance.TLDR; Give them a try if you’re tired of the local Mexican food scene in the DMV. They have authentic flavors and dishes, with vegetarian inclusive dishes available too.“

“They need to work on their business etiquette when dealing with customers and answering the phone. Their Pupusas are very good! Their Carne Asada (Beef Filet) portion is big and tastes good. All of their dishes are made fresh in their food Truck. Again my only complaint is their business etiquette which is basically non-existent.“
