Things are different the atmosphere is lacking and the food is not as good as it use to be. Quality is lacking. Limes were old. Bean sprouts are old. Pre-packed baggies shows Quality is not a priority. This used to be my go to phô place but now on the search for a NEW place. Sad 😔

Parking is plenty at a strip mall in Montgomery Village. The sign is clear, the restaurant is clean. I was greeted by 2 staffs. There was another table of 2. It was on a Wednesday at 3:00 PM, so it's not a meal hour.
I had the special beef rib pho. The meat fell off the bone, so tender and tasty. No need hoisin sauce on the broth, taste it first before you add anything.
I will come back to try others.

I would give this place a solid 8/10. The food is pretty good but the service can be lacking sometimes due to its ran by a bunch of young teens. But overall I've been coming here for a number of years on/off so no real big problems since I keep coming back. I would recommend the spring rolls, crispy Salted calamari is one of my favorites there, all the pho's are solid never an issue.
