Ordered pizza at 5:19pm for delivery to Hampton Inn, as of writing this review it is 7:25pm and still no delivery. Called store, person kept thinking I was trying to place an order. Literally had to yell into the phone to get her to find my order....told me delivery driver had left with my order. That was at 6:45pm. Unacceptable. Will comment if and when we actually get our order........
I just ordered delivery to the Hilton. I asked for them to bring plates and napkins for obvious reasons! Well....the delivery guy (very nice) tells me they don't have plates, napkins or cups (for the 2 liter). Well....no worries we will cut up the lid and eat off the box. The pizza was unbelievably cold and we order the thin and it was the worst pizza ever!!! It task worst then the cheap $2 grocery store bought pizza. I should have known with low scores to stay away but was lured...read full review
