Im always getting crappy coffee here. Basically paid 6 dollars for cup of oatmilk. I'd rather go to 711 and get a can of coffee.

Waited in drive through for 15 min and no one ever took my order… My daughter was sleeping in the car and I had two other kids with me or else I would’ve gone inside. I then pulled up to the window and an employee saw me. She opened up the window and snarked at me. She told me that she would get to me when she was able to with an extreme attitude. My other two kids were dying for Starbucks so I waited another seven minutes until I finally just told them we had to leave. So unprofessional and disappointing that I drove specifically to a Starbucks with a drive-through because my one daughter was sleeping and I wasted not only the time driving there but then the time waiting and never got anything. If they were overwhelmed, that’s understandable, but the fact that she gave me an attitude and never came back to the window is completely unacceptable. And then called the store to complain to the manager, but of course no one answered the phone.

I ordered caramel crunch frapuchino with extra caramel crunch and they gave me normal servings. I went to ask the worker and he just brushed me off saying “the crunch is at the bottom” like I literally dont taste anything. Why did i pay extra? They dont care about customer satisfaction here.

My husband and I go to this location often, I want to thank Julissa for being such a great listener , very professional and such a great customer service!. Yesterday, I went to get a drink which at first was wrong not because they messed up my order but because I didn't know the exact name of my drink I just new it was the " Lavender drink". Julissa tried to find out which drink was the one I wanted and in the middle the supervisor Diarra came in and help out so we could really find out what was the drink I wanted. They worked as a team and also educated me with the name of my favorite drink!. Thank you Diarra and Julissa for taking the time and patience to help with my order!. Keep up your great service!!!

Fairly new location right off the main road. Love how comfy the leather chairs were and the long table in the middle is a nice addition. Staff is friendly and attentive. Drinks came out quickly and they have a drive through

My home Starbucks is the crown location and I must say from the moment I entered this location I felt more at home. We were greeted by every single staff member with a smile. I'm So impressed keep up the great work!!! Thank you. Kudos to the manager shows you have amazing leadership.
