On 06/19/2022, I ordered through the Starbucks app a Chai Tea Latte. The option of “no water” was not available. I called to cancel and change the order since it wasn’t an option through the Starbucks app. Craig said he would make the London Fog Latte with no water. The London Fog Latte wasn’t ready when I arrived. Instead the Chai Tea Latte was still at the bar. I had been unable to find a parking space which delayed my arrival.
