My husband went to this location and purchased two 1/2 pints of ice cream and was charged 7.92 for each. I've been here before and never noticed that the prices are double the one in Clinton. I will never go here again.

If I could give this location no stars, I would. Being as though this location is conveniently located near my home, I frequent it often, when I need something sweet. Beginning with the employees, many of them speak poor English which wouldn't be an issue if it didn't interfere with their service. Secondly, they burden and berate you with "extra costs" every time you ask for additives to your ice cream. Thirdly, they frequently run out of ice cream and do a poor job of calming customers concerns and explaining why. Finally, the icing on the cake, one of the employees frequently brings in their adult daughter, who claims to not be an employee there and seemingly uses that as justification to absolutely inappropriate to customers (i.e. telling them "don't worry about me" after inquiring whether or not she's currently working due to a heavy demand in the store at the time), which is completely unprofessional. Long story short, I now avoid this location AT ALL COSTS.

So this location is split between Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts, thus they only carry the "standard/basic" ice cream flavors. Today, I went in for a brownie sundae. I believe the lady only gave me 1 scoop and a baby scoop at that. If I'd looked in my bag, before I left, I'd have given it back and asked for a refund. Like seriously...$6 and change for what's pictured? That said, they really need to work on customer service. Look and act like you want to serve the customers! I will never frequent this location again.

Could've scooped my own ice cream as long as we waited to be served. Only...... there wasn't really any ice cream in the to go freezer or behind the counter

So THIS is why I can't support my people in my community and you usually have to go outside of your community to get good customer service... So it's a Saturday night and mind you, no one wants to be at work but your job is to be a cashier, clerk or whatever your job title is at Baskin Robbins until closing time which is 10 o'clock. Not 9:50pm not 9:55....10 o'clock is what time your website as well as your sticker on your door says as your closing time. I arrived at this store at 9:53pm and saw two ladies inside cleaning up. The light up sign even said closed but I proceeded to go to the door anyway and see if they were still open. The door was locked and they kept cleaning. I knocked on the door and banged on the window to get their attention and they both acted like they couldn't hear my loud ass knocks. Then finally one looks up and gives me the cutthroat sign saying closed. I point to my watch and even point to the clock above her head INSIDE the store which both read about 9:55 at the time and she just looked away like I wasn't there anymore. So then two more cars pulled up and asked me are they closed and I said yes, but they're not supposed to close til 10. I can't support my community because unfortunately this is what you get. I go to other communities and closing times are closing times. Not we're gonna close 30 minutes early so we can clean and be walking out of the door by closing time. This is some bs.

They have a young man serving ice cream right this moment without gloves. When the patron a few people in front of us asked for him to put on gloves he threw the ice cream comb he was working on for her in the sink , sighed, then finally put on gloves. He then went in the office area with the gloves on and got her item . He prepared her order and then rang her up . Yes, with the gloves on. We left.

It was pretty okay. Since it's a combination of Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts, the selections of ice cream are pretty limited. The customer service could use some improvements but other than the ice cream was pretty great.

If the managers are in, you can almost guarantee good service and good food, but when they're not, it's like playing Russian roulette. By the way, every morning the manager remembers my order.
