Very friendly staff at all the food places. We were in Billeting for 20+ days while we closed on our house. We visited several times in the span of a few weeks. They were friendly, fast, and accurate. Panda Express, Taco Bell, and Charlie's were all good.
Love the renovations. Great place to drop in get a bite (Charlie's, taco bell, Panda express, and one other, plus Starbucks). Than you can stroll through the mall, get a haircut, get your eye exam, dry cleaning...lots to see.
