I don't know if this is a trend for all commissaries, but the quality of the commissary at Joint Base Andrews has really gone down and I am speaking from 20 plus years of experience. The items stocked and prices are inconsistent. Right before Thanksgiving, I bought a carton of 18 large eggs for what seemed to be a reasonable price.
