I get weekly discount coupons from Arby's via mail and on my Arby's app so I was looking forward to visiting the Mt Airy MD restaurant to redeem one. Then as I'm prepared to redeem a BOGO roast beef sandwich coupon I'm told this restaurant does not honor the app coupons....or any of the online deals. I still proceeded with my purchase because I love Arby's roast beef but they won't be my first choice next time. : (

Hadn't eaten @ Arby's for YEARS!! That's going to continue 🤢 Sandwich was gross, they were out of sauce for the mozz sticks, but they didn't tell me that until after i got my order & discovered a berry dipping sauce instead of marinara...so i went back inside. Never again 🤦♀️

It is beyond me why the drive thru is so SLOW. No matter how busy or not busy they are. I’ve even tried going inside to see if that would be faster and that still didn’t help. I’m actually writing this while sitting in the drive thru. Considering it’s been 10 minutes thus far….

Arby's is OK for fast food. The roast beef is good, but most of the other meats are hit or miss. I like the curly fries when they are hot and fresh, but it's not always consistent.
Parking: A little difficult to get to the parking lot if you see Arby's from the street.

Crinkle fries are usually old, stale and cold. Roast beef sandwiches and sliders are OK. Cheese and other toppings missing on occasion. Drinks are overpriced. Employees cannot speak English - like driving up to old Tijuana with the Spanish music from the boom box blaring out the drive-up window. Got a crinkle fry in the box today that was WET - had to spit it out. But, hey, this is a deep blue state and most things suck here.
