Just went through drive thru tonight would of done a survey but couldn't get it to work. Best burger King I've been to. The soda doesn't taste flat like I'm used to at My hometown burger King. Food was fresh burger was amazing and everything was in my bag that I ordered! Thank you for the amazing food and drinks!!

Saturday @2:00 pm drive Thur service was horrible no one in front or behind us in line and the server Ashley was curt and didn’t take our order properly, then told us to wait a minute. We thought she got our order and we drove to the pick up window, she said we didn’t order .. full of herself she asked “what do you want? “ with attitude, we told her three more times and she still gave us the wrong order once more and charged us 15.00 dollars for two cokes and two fries! When we told her there weren’t any burgers in the bag , she replied very flippant “ you didn’t order burgers!”Silly me.. I thought when you ordered two# 5’s with cheese , med fries and med cokes .. the burgers came with the meals!When we questioned her , she told us “That’s what you ordered and to move on because there were other customers in line!”We parked, I went into the manage and explained why I was returning the food . Manage seemed not interested , never offered up an apology and handed me my refund.Burger King employees should alway be courteous, for you never know who you’re dealing with on the other of side of the counter. Whether Important or not, don’t dismiss people it’s just rude.!

Made an order on the app for pickup. Got shorted two items (one was a whole sandwich) had to come in to correct it and got some attitude before the issue was corrected. I guess BK is catching up to McDonald's.

There's no beating the whopper. I don't have BK near where I live but I have to come to Mt. Airy for family reasons every week and this is my treat! Only complaint is the price. And apparent added fees. Whopper with cheese and a (small) bottled water was $11.

Just your average mid week night at a fast food restaurant but I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place and how quick and friendly the staff was. The food was actually very good and tasty. Getting a little expensive for a meal these days but I think that’s pretty typical of the times. All good experience. I recommend this place for something quick with quality.
