Chipotle Mexican Grill

Today i went there to pic an order at 9:10 pm and i was told that the chiken is finished and it will take 5 to 6 minutes, after waiting 10+ minutes the manager told me to wait 5 more minutes. After 5 minutes she told me we cannot make the chiken now you can change the meet. This ridiculous behavior must be seen by hire authorities of Chipotle Mexican grill

I usually go to Damascus Chipotle, which rarely disappoints. The manager at the Damascus location is very involved and does a great job at addressing any issues brought up. However, this Mt. Airy location was beyond disappointing. The food was tasteless. The white rice tasted like it was made in a rice cooker with no seasoning, not even salt. The chicken was cold. My boyfriend got carnitas and said it was super dry and flavorless. The Coke Zero from the foundation was flat. I tried to eat as much of my bowl as I could and was disgusted half way through. Additionally, the line bar was very messy and didn’t look to have been cleaned up recently. Never coming to this location again.

Tough night for the employees. I ordered online and went to pickup and was told they were about 10 minutes behind. Apparently there were some employees that called out and left the remaining employees very short staffed. The crew remained professional and calm and kept grinding it out despite some customers being agitated. All the food came out exactly as ordered and I was served with a smile on their faces. Kudos to the workers that did show, great teamwork!

Three orders in-store and three online orders. Online orders are just over half as much food. If you're not there to watch them make it they skimp skimp skimp. Complicated bowl order doesn't even come to the rim of the bowl on online orders and overflowing on in-store.

I have been to this chipotle multiple times. I have never had an experience like I did tonight and the last couple . I came into the building to get food and the place was a mess. The service was the slowest I’ve ever seen and everything I ordered got messed up. I would recommend really seeing what they do to make sure they actually do it. In my case I asked for simple items and they had to remake each one. I have been genuinely disappointed with the last couple of times I’ve ordered food from here. It looks so physically bad I can’t eat it.

Best Chipotle I've ever ordered from. They actually got my mobile order 100% correct! I was truly impressed because that has never happened at any other Chipotle I've ordered from. Heaping portions, was still hot it when it arrived. Bravo to this location!

All but stopped going here. While I like Mexicanish food, all filling and little to no meat has kept me from going back. Other choices that don't overcharge.

My parents and I came in like 45min before close and felt bad but then they got a late night rush of a lot of different groups after us. The staff were clearly working very hard to move people through and starting to clean up. Despite clearly being slammed and close to closing they were nice and professional. Some lady was giving them a hard time and harassing one guy and asking for the manager and stuff. The manager came out and the customer was huffy puffy and stormed out and sat out front in her Lexus calling like customer service or something. Granted I don't know why she was mad but it certainly was not the right time or place to be mean to a bunch of tired but nice people who are working hard.

Stopped here for a quick meal on a roadtrip around 1:30 today, had never been to this location before. This is easily the best tasting chipotle my partner and I have ever had and we eat at Chipotle pretty frequently. The food was incredibly fresh, I could actually taste the jalapeños in my salsa and that is fairly uncommon when I go to other chipotle locations. The meat was perfectly cooked and juicy. The portion size was also excellent. Also the service was great, the woman behind the line seemed like a manager and from our quick experience I can tell she has great leadership skills. If I am ever in the area again, I will certainly be returning here.

Restaurant itself is always filthy, and if you pay extra for something to be added make sure it's done in front of your or you'll be paying for things you won't receive..... everytime, I will no longer order ahead of time.
