Should have read the reviews, seems like a common issue that’s been mentioned over the years. Ownership has not made any improvements. First and last time for that location

This place was a disaster tonight..people were waiting forever. The employees were doing a great job but they were clearly overwhelmed. Management decided to prioritize online orders over in person which just seems backwards to me. When it gets crazy they need to shut down online ordering.

The staff argues in-front of customers. I was 5 people back and waited 17min to order. I could still see the cardboard bottom of my bowl when the very angry server was done. This location is consistently a disappointment.

You will wait in line whether there's a line or not. At least five online orders are going to be made before yours. If you order online, make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes after your pick up time because it won't be ready. They don't use the pick up shelf, and they will ignore you if you just wait there, so you're going to have to flag someone down and ask for your order. It's probably best to just come in and order anyway so they can't rip you off with small portions as easily. Because they will if you don't.

I like Chipotle,so I hate to speak ill of them. But, the store was filthy. I couldn't help but think the food prep area was no cleaner than the front of the store. We actually left before we ordered. This store needs a manager badly. The owners investment is being wasted.

Walked into this location at 8:45 pm and it looked like a frat house party the next morning. The trash cans were overflowing so high it was at my eye level. I'm 6' tall! There was trash on the floor and on the tables. Then when ordering the place was a huge mess. Food was all over the countertop. When I ordered the veggie bowl they waited until they were finished to let me know there was no guac. That's the whole reason I get the Veggie bowl. Not to mention they were wrapping the bowls with cheap aluminum foil to be used for the lids because they had run out. No utensils at the utensil station. I would expect a better ran chipotle!

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Not only is it disgustingly dirty but the customer service is pathetic and slow. I was just there - waited in line for 20 minutes and they brought out a stack of on line orders to work before the people that were already in line.

Chipotle is a staple restaurant with great food. Again the food didn't disappoint. Our wait was over 30 minutes for food (only about 7-8 in front of us). I also placed a togo order while in line and that order was 15 minutes past due the pickup time. Tables were filthy, with lots of food remnants left over. It appeared they had full staff, two line people, register, and two people in the back. One person was just cutting up meats, despite the lobby needing attention, or mobile orders needed to be filled. While waiting, there were three other mobile order customers who also agreed their food was late. I believe the manager here needs additional training, or to be more present (I couldn't tell if a manager was on duty or not). TLDR - great food but not managed well.

Food was rushed and tacos were a big pile of mess couldnt eat them with liquid pouring out. The entire tacos fell apart. Waste of 50$ Constant online orders take precedence over customers. Long lines. Dirty flooded kitchen and register line. Dirty tables. Trash overflowing. Forgot my salad dressing. No white rice. Was giving small queso when ordered large. System had to be restarted only taking cash. Shut the online orders off when lines are long. People making food try their best but it's impossible to keep up with the online orders and keep the place hygienic and actually give you what you order

They have to have a good leader.
There is no coordination to serve customers.
And one last detail, the food is put in a bad way.
They should improve that service.
