Sunday night 630 out of chicken out of steak and seasoning and no brown rice. You know it’s going to be busy Sunday night it’s always busy Sunday night so prep ahead and be prepared and clean up the floors. Disgusting.

Walked in to get food, immediately walked out after seeing how poor of a job the employees are doing at keeping the food counter clean. I get it that things can get hectic during a rush and some standards can dip. However this was during a slow time…completely unacceptable! I wish I had taken a photo of the grill. It was disgusting. Who knows when it was last cleaned. Additionally for those with food allergies, it is obvious that cross contamination was happening here.

Food was okay, but when I went there the place was a huge mess and eating in there wasn't an option, I went and ate in the car because all the tables where a mess and the floor was too. It's kind of hard to see in the pictures but u can see in the top of one of them the kitchen is a mess and in the other all the tables are dirty too.

Every time I come to this location, not only does it appear to be everyone's first day working at a Chipotle, but also that they've never been to another one.
This place has gone downhill, it's dirty, the employees are lazy its incredible they're actually employed. It's slower than molasses you'll be the only one in there and still somehow takes 20 minutes. Do yourself a favor hit damascus location. This ones garbage

I love chipotle food. My boyfriend and I ordered Sofrito with everything on it. Service with a smile was great. The only thing we didn't like was the tables are kind of dirty, I literally had to clean the table before we sat down to eat. We live in Bethesda, the tables here are always clean. We were just visiting Mount airy, MD.Vegetarian options: Sofrito, or I can create a vegetarian plate.

Just picked up my order and the container of beans was not closed. The beans leaked out of the bottom of the bag. I remember now why I go to either the Damascus or Urbana location. I now have a stain on the seat of my car to remind me that Mt Airy Chipotle is the worst. I will not be returning. Order confirmation number EB0-CA2
