I’ve been to Coles a total of 5 times. Out of about 42 crabs,i’ve only had 2 bad ones that were replaced without incident. The crabs are good and meaty. The customer service is always pleasant. I always order jumbos. The problem is that when I order jumbos,every crab is not jumbo. It’s mixed in with xxls or larges. This last time,when I got home and opened the bag,there were 2 real jumbos,2xxls,1 large,and one medium missing a claw. Crabs are good,but I can’t keep getting...

I'm always cautious of buying steamed crabs because I grew up on the Chesapeake and have pretty high standards. Cole's met my standards and then some.Placed my order for a dozen large male crabs on Thursday. Got there on Friday at my scheduled time and they were just putting them in the doubled bag. I paid cash because I can't see a small, local business taking the credit card hit.Crabs were delicious! Spice was just right, all the crabs were pretty heavy for large...
