Took my wife for Taylor swift night. They didn’t play Taylor’s version according to her. The mosquitoes just ate us up the entire time. Love the dog. So many kids running around unsupervised, but a very safe environment to do so. Lots of dry wines, sangria was great. Bartender was incredibly kind.

Elk Run is a great place to visit, and if you’re interested in commercial winemaking, a tour from Jack himself will be one of the most transparent and thorough you will get at any estate on the planet (not an exaggeration - experience for yourself); he’s not showing off the chateau (although there are some interesting stories), you’re seeing in candid detail how the product is created, and yes the canine escort is a warm plus.
