The man led us to a booth where the seat was ripped open at least 4 inches wide from front to back. Now who wants to slide across that and who knows what germs and whatever is caught up in there. What does it take for them to replace that? It didn’t just happen. My mother told him we’d like to sit somewhere else. Then the waitress comes along calling us “dear” or “honey” -that is rude and unprofessional. She didn’t get drinks right away. She hopped from table to table and then went off to take care of things so we waited more than we should’ve. My meal was supposed to have 2 pieces of bacon, had only one. I returned the crepes-they were greyish and a weird looking consistency. It wasn’t an inviting place.

First visit to this location and was very satisfied and impressed with every detail. Server Kendall was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. Food was perfectly prepared and immediately served hot. Happily discovered they served Scrapple for breakfast and it was terrific. Everything tasted great. And as a veteran I greatly appreciated the military discount. Bottom line is that this was the absolute best experience I've ever had at any iHop.

We've only been here a couple times, but the food has always been hot the service is good.
Today, we had our party of 13, consisting of 7 kids and they handled it with grace and patience.

I gave them another chance, but once again, awful service. They need to fire the waiter with black curly hair. He’s god awful. Takes over 20 minutes to bring 2 simple drinks, then, forgets to put order in and blames machine. All while the people next to us get there 20 minutes after and get drinks with food in under 30 minutes, we still waiting. Horrible experience. I do appreciate the lady manager trying to make it right, I could tell From her reaction this isn’t the 1st time.

I came to ihop and received a plate of pancakes with a string of hair in it. In response to this the worker took our plate and failed to inform the manager who was out shopping during work hours. They took our food and treated us poorly. I would not recommend this store to anyone, the store was dirty and many flys flew around us.

While on a road trip, we stopped here for breakfast and had a positive experience: clean restaurant and bathrooms, friendly hostess and waitress, quick service, and tasty pancakes. If we were in the area again, I wouldn’t mind stopping here for another meal.
They claim that they give 40% off of “entire check” for veterans and seniors but that’s not true. They try to give you the full check even after you asked for the discount and showed your ID. Then when you ask again about it they give you a check that only gave the discount on 2 of the 4 items you ordered. The woman that seemed to be a manager was very rude about it.

This is the best IHOP experience I have ever had. From the moment we parked the car. The exterior is clean and well cared for. The entry is warm and inviting. The entire restaurant was nicely updated with much attention to detail. Very clean. The staff was amazing. Very polite and professional, especially considering the fact that they are mostly highschool and college age kids. The manager himself dropped off our food to assist his staff. Our server , Caitlin was amazing and helpful without that annoying hovering thing servers usually do. She even offered to give us coffees to go. 15/10. Would go out of my way to eat here again
