Good ice cream most of the time. I happened to arrive close to the closing time and got a soft serve full of small pieces of something, “butter fat” as the manager said. They ignored me and didn’t wanted to take responsibility of the bad ice cream. She said that they are about to clean the machine later but she knew about the chunks in the machine and didn’t say anything beforehand.

I love coming here with family and friends. Staff is incredibly patient and efficient even when things get crazy during rushes. Lots of seating (outdoors, no indoors) and wheelchair accessible. And, of course, their ice cream is amazing. I believe they mainly offer soft serve, not sure what their regular ice cream options are, if any. They also have Philly water ice, which is pretty good as well. A Mount Airy staple!

Jimmie cone is a must for a hot summer day. I love their rotating yogurt flavors the most! The gelatis are delicious. I love the root beer ice with vanilla yogurt

Woman that works at the window is rude and impatient when taking orders. She was nasty to my 7 year old granddaughter when she didn’t order her ice cream fast enough. I believe she is an owner been there for years. Time to retire!
