Woman that works at the window is rude and impatient when taking orders. She was nasty to my 7 year old granddaughter when she didn’t order her ice cream fast enough. I believe she is an owner been there for years. Time to retire!

Had been here before with no problems, but not so good this time. Woman in the window (an owner?) got our order wrong, way overcharged us, and then was pissed that we asked her to correct it. I guess it's a good thing they are closing SAT so it will give them a chance to get back into customer service mode again for next year. Ice cream was good; service with a smile? No way.

Abysmal customer service that borders on contempt. Employees avoid eye contact as if acknowledging a customer is beneath them, and their tone drips with irritation—how dare anyone inconvenience them by supporting the business that keeps them employed. Ice cream has gone downhill too.
