Granddaughter and I stopped by and had ice cream. Unfortunately they didn't have chocolate ice cream, her fav (machine being repaired) but lots of sprinkles on vanilla saved the day!
The elderly lady working was not very friendly, needs a lesson in customer service. The sundaes my sister and I got were good, however, the snowballs my husband and brother-in-law got were sub-par. Snowballs should be made with shaved ice or "snowball" ice, not crushed ice. The ice chips were too large and the root beer flavoring was not very good. If you are going to sell snowballs, you should learn what a true Baltimore snowball is like.
