I have never been able to get my order under 15 minutes when using drive-thru… even less than that is my order ever correct, usually without any Taco Bell sauce. I’ve even contacted their offices and won’t even get a reply. Just horrible all around!

I am contacting you regarding a very disappointing experience at this locations. I paid $27.02 for my order, and the food I received was completely unacceptable. The containers were open, the items were smashed, and cheese and mashed potatoes had spilled all over the bottom of the bag. The meal was not edible, and the photos clearly show the condition in which it was given to me.

This is not the level of quality or care I expect from KFC. I am requesting a full refund for this order and would appreciate assistance in addressing this issue with the store.

As a single dad whose kids don’t care about eating a whole turkey, I checked, which places were open on Thanksgiving day and planned accordingly. Apparently, the manager at this KFC location is too lazy to change their hours for holidays. It’s bad enough that we don’t have a Popeyes in town, but this KFC will never get a dollar of my money again. My son’s favorite food is fried chicken drumsticks, and I will end my boycott of Chick-fil-A before I go back to this nightmare of a franchise. Absolutely pathetic.

Ordered the 12 pc meal with 3 sides. Received 10 pcs and they only gave us two sides. First time trying this location in 20 years (because of poor service). I guess some things will never change.

I ordered some food and literally got nothing that I ordered ! I have a family of 5 and the food I received was short on chicken and short on a side
I tried to call and I got a busy signal for a crazy amount of time !
I paid almost 50 dollars and got nothing even a 20 dollar meal to feed my family
The professionalism is non existent and I’m highly disappointed
Would put zero stars if I could !!

I haven’t had KFC in a long time, and I was a little apprehensive after seeing the reviews for this location, but I can honestly say it’s the best I’ve had in years! The chicken breasts were huge and the meat was juicy, fries were crispy, mashed potatoes and gravy were perfect, and the biscuit was fresh. I’ll gladly continue to visit this location.

Food was below average quality and service was awful. Took 30 minutes to get an online order placed well in advance which also ended up being cold when they finally did serve it. I love KFC but will definitely never be coming back.

Doesn’t matter what time of day you show up at the drive thru, they’ll make you pull around and wait for the food. And half the time the food is cold, old, and half the size of the picture.

The last 4 times at least that I have been thru the drive through at the Mt Airy location I have not gotten any napkins or sauces for my crunchy tacos even though they always ask if I want sauces. Today they charged me for but omitted the small side of corn that I ordered to go with the Famous Bowl. I know you can do better. Your staff taking orders and at the pick up window are always friendly. They are just forgetting the important extras.

Another Ronism

Forced to use drive thru today as lobby was closed at lunch. Car in front of me returned food through window. Only later did I realize this was my order and after the car before me rifled through the order, opened the bowl, spilled the contents in the bag then let cherry poppers fall into hot sauce the window staff took the order back, tied the bag so I wouldn't notice, then gave it to me. I contacted support and they offered refund and I told them the health department should be notified. They then wouldn't even give a refund. Someone should be fired. I've contacted the health department. I'm going to forward transcript of chat with support to Frederick News Post. Unacceptable. Disgusting. Dumpster fire! You've been warned.
