I haven’t had KFC in a long time, and I was a little apprehensive after seeing the reviews for this location, but I can honestly say it’s the best I’ve had in years! The chicken breasts were huge and the meat was juicy, fries were crispy, mashed potatoes and gravy were perfect, and the biscuit was fresh. I’ll gladly continue to visit this location.

Food was below average quality and service was awful. Took 30 minutes to get an online order placed well in advance which also ended up being cold when they finally did serve it. I love KFC but will definitely never be coming back.

Doesn’t matter what time of day you show up at the drive thru, they’ll make you pull around and wait for the food. And half the time the food is cold, old, and half the size of the picture.

The last 4 times at least that I have been thru the drive through at the Mt Airy location I have not gotten any napkins or sauces for my crunchy tacos even though they always ask if I want sauces. Today they charged me for but omitted the small side of corn that I ordered to go with the Famous Bowl. I know you can do better. Your staff taking orders and at the pick up window are always friendly. They are just forgetting the important extras.

Another Ronism

Forced to use drive thru today as lobby was closed at lunch. Car in front of me returned food through window. Only later did I realize this was my order and after the car before me rifled through the order, opened the bowl, spilled the contents in the bag then let cherry poppers fall into hot sauce the window staff took the order back, tied the bag so I wouldn't notice, then gave it to me. I contacted support and they offered refund and I told them the health department should be notified. They then wouldn't even give a refund. Someone should be fired. I've contacted the health department. I'm going to forward transcript of chat with support to Frederick News Post. Unacceptable. Disgusting. Dumpster fire! You've been warned.

Outrageous! $16.99 for a 6 piece chicken tender when ordering them by themselves instead of a meal. Does the chicken have specs of gold in it?! Jesus.

I love the food, and everything is always great, by the time I get home home everything I order, including the extra crispy chicken is completely soggy and soaked be side of condensation buildup inside the box. The box deals are good, but it would be much better just inside something that lets the condensation escape. It sucks that such a stupid issue ruined the entire meal I just bought not even 15 min before I got home.

Terrible experience order my food Friday June 7th at 10:55pm was asked to park and wait for my food to come out I went and parked 11:15 comes my food is still not out I drive back to the drivethew to see what's going on and they say oh pull up its ready I ask what took so long he said the nuggets so I check the nuggets and there stone cold and dry I get home and I'm missing 3 of my tacos that I payed for! They don't give your receipt at the window either beware don't pull off with out your receipt if they want you to park and always check your food. They lied to me I'm sure they will lie to you.

Every time you go they make you pull around front for some stupid reason and wait. Whoever came up with this is and idiot and does nothing but waste customers and employees time. They parking lot without having to wait was a pain, now all the spot are full because something that was supposed to be quick takes 20 minutes everytime I go. Every employee in there sounds high out of their minds and can’t never understand what you say, you got to bed for your receipt and your sauce because they won’t ask. I can’t wait until this location is closed down and replaced with something worth having.
