They have very bad attitude and give me the order for 16 pic with 4 sides all in one bag so I can’t carry it and when I back home I found it the only give me 12 pics of chicken not 16 and the 12 pics have 6 wings so I took the order and back to store when i told them the order missing 4 pics of chickens they was laugh at me and they give me 4 small pieces and they acted like nothing happened .they don’t care about I drive to them and back to home 2 times .and the don’t care about the customer

The manager at this location on Friday Oct 20th at 12:35pm was extremely nasty to me. The prices at this location was not updated so everyone that went in to dine was getting ripped off because she would not change the menu price board to the new prices. I approached her about giving me a refund since it's false advertising but she told me no and would not do anything to solve this problem, so I wish you can refund me my money back since your manager does not care about ripping customers off. My total came to $20.12 and it should have been $14.00 so please do something about this problem and manager because treating customers like this is wrong.

After a long wait in the drive thru, I checked my order and was short a mashed potato which I got, but I figured I didn't need to check the chicken box. Wrong! I ordered 4 thighs and came home to find 4 breasts. Which were dry and mostly ribs and bone. I had to repeat the order 3 times so this kind of mistake isn't acceptable. KFC use to have the best chicken and cole slaw. The slaw was good, the chicken terrible and the service is the worst.

We ordered taco Bell which we love and it was terrible service, very expensive and food looked like it was just thrown together real fast but took forever to get it prob there almost half HR waiting for our sloppy food ....
Whoever is working your drive thru during the midday to evening is useless. The guy couldn’t even take an order, and sounded so high and out of it. I ordered something super simple and he didn’t even understand what I was saying. He repeated something back that was totally different and irrelevant. Then he proceeded to explain something else and stumbled and fumbled his words. Eventually I just went in and ordered from someone more coherent. The food was so poor and tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for days. What a disgrace of a franchise . Not the first time this place has been a disappointment

Rare to have extra crispy breasts available without ordering ahead. Disappointing when you stop in to order and they tell you it will be at least a 25 minute wait, if they will even do that.
