I have had Ledo's pizza for over 40 years and my most recent experience was burnt toppings. Not a good experience.

It was Friday night and Halloween! We placed an online order which was fast and easy to do… we arrived at the time that we were told… the store was very busy and the orders were delayed because the online order didn’t take into account the extra Halloween orders! Despite being incredibly busy the girls at the front were patient, gracious and explained everything to everyone… we could see into the back and the pizza makers and the manager were working so quickly to get all the orders out! Some people got a bit testy, but for the most part everyone relaxed and waited.. the pizzas were hot, fresh and DELICIOUS! Kudos to those poor workers ! They did an AMAZING job!!

If you want a relaxing dinner with great service I would highly recommend Ledo Pizza in Mt. Airy. Food is great and service is outstanding.

Stopped by for carryout a couple days ago. The pizza was pretty bad. We have eaten in and ordered carry out from this location with no problem. We moved here a few years ago and enjoyed Ledos for years at our previous location. This is the first bad pizza we have ever had from Ledos. Hope this is an exception. The taste was ok but the crust and bottom were soggy, like it wasn't done.

The pizza doesn't taste the same. There was barely any sauce and the cheese tasted cheap.

I was planning a family get together. I ordered two different catered-sized salads, three pizzas and an order of penne pasta. I was nervous because I placed the order about 5 days ahead of time. Everything was perfect--everything was ready on time and the order was spot on.

Ledos food is consistently delicious and this occasion was no different. We ordered pizza and salads at the counter for carry out and they were fresh and tasty as always. But the reason that I only give 3 stars is because the POS terminal requires the option to add a tip, or not. For my part, I've walked in. Ordered it at the counter and waited for the food to be prepared. At no time did I sit at a table or get waited on by a server. So remove the tipping option for carryout customers and phone orders. I know I'm not the only one that hates this.
