I’ve been exclusively getting carryout from the Ledo Pizza in Mount Airy for a while now, and I have to say—this location has really stepped up its game lately. The quality of the pizza has noticeably improved in recent months: the crust is perfectly crisp without being overdone, the sauce has great flavor, and the toppings are fresh and generously portioned. Every order I’ve picked up has been hot, accurate, and ready on time.

Anyone familiar with Ledo Pizza knows that not all franchises are created equal—some can be hit or miss. Fortunately, this is one of the good ones. The staff here is friendly, efficient, and you can tell they take pride in getting things right. It’s clear that this location values consistency and customer satisfaction, which is why I keep coming back.

I drove there from Baltimore Maryland to some I was hungry when we was at that area doing some work he said the food was delicious that was fast and the place was clean

Was treating my cuz for dinner and we chose Ledos. I ordered old bay wings dipped in BBQ sauce, mozzarella sticks and steak loaded fries. Everything was great. Of course there were leftovers.

Ordered a pizza at 5:37 and was told 45 minutes. I walked in at 5:57 to get something to drink and they hand me my pizza. Worst pizza ever, pizza is not cut, crust is dark brown and hard, not one piece that the cheese is not burnt, so tough you can't even chew it. I would have waited my 45 mins and got a pizza I could eat!

I have been a Ledos person since the late 90s. Including working at three different Ledos, one being a manager. I have always enjoyed the food except for the last two times at this specific Ledos. The last two times I have gone to this Ledo in Mt. Airy I had the poor luck of getting the same waitress who makes mistakes on the order, forgets the kids drinks, and just has no awareness. Right when we arrived and sat down I specifically asked to get a pretzel appetizer to get food for the kids going. We then ordered drinks and food. Drinks finally came after asking because only half the drinks came. Waited and I asked about the pretzel, "yes it will be soon". 5 mins later all the food we ordered plus the appetizer pretzel. I said something to her about the food all coming out at the same time, "oh we are really busy". There were 3 other tables with people there and two servers, really??... OK it is what it is. My steak and cheese didnt have all the toppings and the cheese was not even melted. It just makes me sad, one of my favorite places going downhill...food and service.
Id recommend training the severs to repeat back the order and on the importance of timing with food. For the kitchen grill cooks to melt cheese on a hot sub thats expected like a steak and cheese.

I love this Ledos. It's one of our favorites. Every employee is so kind! They definitely go above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied, happy customer. From the friendly greeting as soon as you enter, to telling you how happy they are you stopped by when done, you will feel like a valued customer. The spaghetti we had tonight was delicious. If you have a spaghetti or pizza craving, go here! 😉

Terrible service!!!!!!

I got called the n-word by staff, while waiting for food. Guy at the counter tried to tell me it didn't happen, then admitted that it was a strange scenario... I later call the manager and he apologizes and says the perpetrator is getting punished. They give me a gift card, with no marking on it. I go spend it at another Ledos....it was only $25....ridiculous.
