I normally don't give the food a five star rating, but for a McD's food this might have been the best for what I normally experience. I know they should basically be the same but it seemed more fresh and flavor able than normal. The location as a whole, seem to operate very efficiently and smoothly. I even told the manager as I was leaving how well everything seem to be running. One of the best McDonald's I have been to

After placing a mobile order, when we arrived at the store, they said that our order had been canceled. The staff and manager were extremely rude. I later tried to call the store to further resolve the issue and to get my money back, but the manager would not let me get a word in and then hung up on me.

This Mc Donald's is usually pretty good at getting you in and out quickly. And really, isn't that why it's called fast food? The quality is good for fast food. The double drive through can be a bit confusing if you are not familiar with thier set up, it's a bit unique. Just go with the flow is doesn't matter which lane you pick.

We all know McDonald's food is like. I went there on a Sunday afternoon and they were extremely busy but I was still in and out of the drive-thru in 2 minutes with a correct food order. Nice!

Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure if they have an automatic door but one level and someone with a cane or walker should be able to get in without much trouble
The worst experience I had at a McDonald's, a person was disrespectful, I felt discriminated against by this person. I just hope that they can solve this and that this type of person does not damage the image of McDonald's because it feels bad to be treated the way this person treated me, And I hope that treating people makes this person feel better

Super busy location for a rainy Sunday morning! Mt. Airy folk must be stoppin for a quick bite before church.
This is the only location where the McMuffin taste as if it were made on an open fire! Such a smoky favor... absolutely delishous. Hmmm maybe thats why its so crowded here! Lol
Even if their food was good quality, it would still be over priced at this point. Everything that used to make McDonalds worth going to has been taken away.

Went inside to order at counter.. Not sure what happened but I waited more than 15 minutes for 10 piece nuggets. McDonald's and chocolate shake. One guy that ordered before me was still waiting for his stuff when I left.
