Soggy, sour burger, couldn’t get it down, like rancid. I usually order a quarter pound or cheeseburger, this happens often. Happens with their sausage buiscuts too, sometimes they just come out *looking* the same but they’re rank and inedible. Black guy with afro is very rude. He has yelled at customers in their car through the speaker in drive through, and he has yelled at me in the store. Wait times for all order types are poor at this store.

I visit this McDonald’s often, but I continue to have the same issue with the employee handing out food in the drive-thru around 3:45–4:00 PM today.

The employee does not greet customers at all—no “hello,” no “thank you,” no acknowledgment. She simply stares, hands you the food, and shuts the window. This has happened multiple times, not just today, and it makes the experience very uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

In addition, orders are often incorrect. Today, my drink was supposed to be a Coke, but I was given a Dr. Pepper instead. When I asked for a refill, I was only given half of the drink. She then took the cup somewhere else instead of refilling it in front of me, which made me uncomfortable, and I ended up throwing the drink away because I didn’t trust it.

This is a serious issue because when it comes to food and drinks, accuracy matters. You never know if someone could have an allergy or sensitivity, and being given the wrong item could cause a real health problem.

Customer service is a big part of the experience, especially for a place I visit regularly. A simple greeting, correct orders, and basic courtesy would make a huge difference.

I hope management addresses this, because I like this location, but the repeated poor service is disappointing.

Overall, very dissapointing. No one at the counter even though there was a line. Took a while before someone came. My wife's Big Mac was cold although the fries were hot and fresh. I just moved here and I’ve gone to this McDonald’s three times and two of those three times they screwed up my order. This time they couldn’t even get the sides right in the happy meal for my kids. This is by far the worst McDonald’s that I’ve been to lately. The people in the drive-through never confirm my name and as a result, I’ve gotten someone else’s order here. The managers here are absolutely terrible.

The manager was nasty. Tables were all dirty, asked for just a napkin to wipe it down and she just kept dismissing us asking for napkins or something to just wipe the table. No one would even acknowledge outside of just saying hold on.
