Bought cupcakes as gifts. The recipients were surprised and delighted. The large variety of cupcakes available was surprising. Some, such as orange creamsicle, were new to me. Each appeared to be a work of art. Cupcakes were carefully packaged and bagged. They looked perfect after a long drive home. The attendant made a good impression: pleasant and professional. She ensured we remembered each cupcake flavor by handwriting its description on the container top. Thanks! Gluten free options were available! The ambiance is happy artsy bakery. Takeout only. Liked it a lot.

Mommy Magic cakes knocked it out of the park with a custom cake I ordered for my brother’s surprise birthday party. I provided photos of his favorite guitar (replica of Eddie Van Halen’s) and the level of detail she incorporated into this masterpiece was beyond impressive. Every party guest was stopping to get a good look at the cake, take photos and said “where in the world did you get this done?!” I couldn’t be happier with this the work she did and highly recommend her if you need something special for your events! We had two dozen cupcakes done up as well and they were as delicious as they were beautiful.

Communication was great and decorated exactly as my daughter requested! Cotton Candy flavor cake (moist) was a big hit at her Sweet 16th Birthday celebration. They also added cotton candy flavor in the icing as well (we requested mild mix of cotton candy and buttercream for a light pink frosting). The baker & decorator did a wonderful job!

Highly recommend their custom cakes! We moved to Mt. Airy almost a year ago and were impressed with how delicious the cupcakes were. We bought a premade cake for a last minute event and loved it so much I decided to have them create a custom birthday cake for my daughters 1st. Mommy Magic cakes exceeded my already high expectations ten fold. I was blown away when we came to pick up the mermaid themed cake and custom cake pops. They are super easy to work with and not only did the cake look gorgeous it tasted even better. Thank you Mommy Magic Cakes for creating the most beautiful cake for my daughter. It truly was the centerpiece at the party.

Sixth time was NOT the charm. Beware of “new” decorators whose odd color choices and wrinkly cracked fondant somehow warrant top dollar. Very disappointed.
Not big on accommodation of special requests. Set in their way. Rude responses and they don't care for your business. Their cupcake "single ones" leave a lot to be desired as far as decoration.
