It was very busy. They have an outdoor Cafe that's nice. People are very friendly.

I am usually a Dunkin' girl, however during PSL season I am a Starbucks girl! I travel all over the state of Maryland for work. I found a nearby Starbucks (North Salisbury) while traveling and went inside order drinks for myself and two members of my team. I was sad to learn that the location no longer had the fall flavors (PSL) available, but the barista was very friendly and made a recommendation for his favorite drink, the pecan crunch oat milk latte. He said that he prefers it iced because it comes with vegan sweet cream foam. I went with his recommendation and asked him to make it just like he drinks it himself. That quickly became my new favorite drink for winter! I have since been to several other Starbucks locations and ordered this drink and have even turned a few of my family members onto it as well!

Every time I've ordered it since then, usually through the app, the drink has been the same delicious and tasty treat as the first one - until last night. I received three drinks I ordered for me and my family at the drive-thru window in Mt. Airy. I noticed immediately that the drinks were missing the sweet foam and pecan sprinkles. I told the male attendant at the window that they were missing those ingredients and he told me that the drink did not come with sweet foam and asked if I had ordered a chai latte. I showed him my order in the app and he repeated that the drinks I ordered do not come with sweet foam. I scrolled down to the recipe details and showed him where the default for the drink includes vegan sweet foam. He argued that each Starbucks store has its own standards and that this store does not make that drink with sweet foam (even though I ordered them with the sweet foam). He did offer to add the sweet foam, which I appreciate. However, upon closing the drive-thru window I heard him talking about me with a female barista saying that he's been making this drink for "several weeks" and that it doesn't come with cold foam, but since I was insisting it does, they would add it to appease me.

I let it go because I tend to not argue with people in general, but especially those who make my food and drinks. His comments were rude and unnecessary, especially since he was clearly wrong based on the Starbucks app/my order and my experiences at several other Starbucks. He returned to the window with my three drinks and the cold foam added, but without the pecan sprinkles. I decided to just accept the drinks as is but they did not taste as good as those I've received from other Starbucks across the state. Unfortunately, this Starbucks is the closest to home, however I likely won't revisit since they don't make the drink tasty like the other Starbucks locations, and more importantly, because certain baristas argue with their customers and then talk about the customer to other baristas.

This is my local go to Starbucks. Depending on staff on duty, you will get a properly made drink but it really depends. There are a few employees that are simply outstanding and make the experience great even if you ask them to remake your drink. Overall it's a great location.

I’ve been going there since I live here, also because I’m pregnant and I love caramel ribbon crunch, but now I’m so sad I went the other day with my husband and I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with decaf and soy milk and light whipped cream, the girl just put the soy milk, I told her because again I’m pregnant and I shouldn’t even drink coffee but I just wanted so bad, and she was like 🙄 and I apologize because I need to be changed it so she changed I don’t know what she did but then I got stomach pain, and now I just even if I wanted so bad I don’t trust the place anymore 😐😐.

Yesterday, the woman working the register was extremely rude. We ordered a dragonfruit lemonades and she walked away just to come back and say nothing was left.Today she was on sandwiches. It took them 20+ minutes to make me a sandwich. The people behind me had a very large order of the same sandwiches and I believe she put mine in the bag because she’s lazy and rude. I really want a refund after waiting 30 minutes.

This is for the one inside safe way. I got there at 10:15AM and no-one was around so I got a few things and went back 10 minutes later, still no one so I went to the service desk and they paged the person that was working that day and waited another 10 minutes then decided to finish shopping because no one was showing up. They never did show up.

Parking: There's very few spots at the Starbucks but you can park in the parking lot of Safeway and walk, or it may be best to just do a mobile order and go through drive thru.

Staff was extremely nice, the drive thru was insanely long (15 plus cars at 11 am on a Sunday) so we went inside. They were extremely nice and our drinks came out very quick.The ONLY negative is they were completely sold out of half of the breakfast items. Not sure why this happens to every Starbucks especially considering they are FROZEN sandwiches that sit in a freezer and they heat up. Was a bit frustrating but other than that this seems like a great Starbucks store. Just don’t go late mornings on Sunday.

9:00 pm on a Friday night with a cart full of groceries, cashier ringing someone up says she is closed. Who else is open? Self checkout. 8 people checking themselves out. How about waiting until 10 to close all lanes? Or a self service discount?
