The drive thru service is friendly even if my drink was wrong!! I ordered a latte with soy milk and got skim milk. They were busy but come on y’all. Starbucks has gone downhill. Too expensive for what a person gets. So long Starbucks!!

If you like K cups , you should really enjoy this coffee.
Starbucks has changed it's coffee to a quick brew (about 5 seconds) There is no depth or complexity to it's flavor any longer.
My coffee at home is better.

Some school/college barista gave me hot tea today morning.

I got a decent burn in my mouth even after a cautious first sip!!

Generally Starbucks doesn’t give me extremely fuming tea, this is special.

How can I sue them?

I don't live in this neighborhood, but I often drive through. I always used the drive-thru, but today, for the first time, I ordered inside the store. Do you see the employee in the photo? She is a middle-aged woman wearing a blue shirt and an apron. In the 20 years I've been visiting Starbucks, I've never encountered an employee who took my order so kindly and considerately. My child and I had such a precious and happy experience. My child, especially, was very happy. I want to say thank you to her for being so kind and thoughtful. When I went inside, I was surprised by how spacious it was. It was clean and quiet, and I think I will visit here from now on.

I come here quite often, in some cases every day during my work week. The staff all know me by name and are all really friendly! When it’s not a crowded time it’s a great place to go and relax and unwind!

First time stopping at this location and probably the last time. I was on my way to work this morning. I'm on my motorcycle and I ordered a venti white mocha. The guy working this morning makes it fairly quickly. I put the green plastic in the lid of the cup secure it in my saddle bag then ride to work. Get to work clock in im eager to take a sip of that sweet white mocha to kick off my morning and immediately spit my drink on the floor. The guy working the barista didn't add any white mocha syrup/sweetener. Taste like heated milk and black coffee. Now I'm at work and can't leave to get it made right. What a waste of almost $7.00 how do you forget to add the sweetener. The drinking is literally three ingredients espresso milk and sweetener. 06/17/24 @ 9am
