I went to Starbucks in the evening time. One lady at the register told me its closed but she served to next person.

Not only is it unfriendly,
I was shocked by the manager's irritable behavior when responding to customers.
His attitude was very unprofessional for a store manager.

Love the remodel

I miss the old old design. It's turned into screaming kids the last couple of visits. I really don't like the direction SB is heading. Prices are way too high for poor drinks. Pike is awful. The food is terrible compared to other fast food places. MCD has about 19x faster Inet speeds and more reliable, which is really telling.

pretty great Starbucks. very cozy with a lot of seating and I really enjoyed studying here for a week day to night while I was traveling. great staff overall. it has a drive through, which I didn't use.

I ordered ahead the app said it would be ready in 3 to 6 minutes. I arrived after 2 the guy on the intercom, told me that in the future I need to understand that We need to give him 5 to 10 minutes to make an order. The entire order was incorrect. Mind you The drive through was empty, and there was only one person inside. I spent almost $14 on milk drinks-THEY WERENT FROZEN! I am currently very disappointed what a waste of money.

The drive thru service is friendly even if my drink was wrong!! I ordered a latte with soy milk and got skim milk. They were busy but come on y’all. Starbucks has gone downhill. Too expensive for what a person gets. So long Starbucks!!

If you like K cups , you should really enjoy this coffee.
Starbucks has changed it's coffee to a quick brew (about 5 seconds) There is no depth or complexity to it's flavor any longer.
My coffee at home is better.

Some school/college barista gave me hot tea today morning.

I got a decent burn in my mouth even after a cautious first sip!!

Generally Starbucks doesn’t give me extremely fuming tea, this is special.

How can I sue them?

I don't live in this neighborhood, but I often drive through. I always used the drive-thru, but today, for the first time, I ordered inside the store. Do you see the employee in the photo? She is a middle-aged woman wearing a blue shirt and an apron. In the 20 years I've been visiting Starbucks, I've never encountered an employee who took my order so kindly and considerately. My child and I had such a precious and happy experience. My child, especially, was very happy. I want to say thank you to her for being so kind and thoughtful. When I went inside, I was surprised by how spacious it was. It was clean and quiet, and I think I will visit here from now on.
