The Mt.Airy Subway is very clean and employees are pleasant. The vegetables are fresh and subs are always good. This is the only Subway we go to.

I asked for toasted sub and it wasn’t toasted at all and soggy. Barely any chicken or toppings on it. Not a great experience here.

The food is great, typical Subway. But the infestation of fruit flies over the past month makes me queasy about eating in.

Amazing service from Alex, dilligent and funny!
Would leave a 0 star if I could. I had made an online order that had everything i wanted especially toasted. when i get to the store to pick it up it’s not warm like it usually is. i just figured since i did a pickup that it had been sitting for a few minutes and cooled down. i asked the lady who made the sandwich if she toasted it to make sure and she said “Yes i toasted it” so i leave the store, when i finally get to work and get the sandwich out the bread is cold and flimsy and the cheese on the sandwich isn’t melted at all, including that the meat is still like it came out of the fridge. when i called to ask how this could be resolved she rudely told me that i’m just going to have to deal with it and there’s nothing she can do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! never giving me money here again unless something is done to resolve this.
Went in there to get cookies lady gives me the oldest hardest cookies rock hard smh never coming back here

Very good place
I didn’t like the way the lady talk to us, she was so mean when we were asking about the ingredients, 😑😑😑
OVERPRICED rip off. A 12" Boss sandwich (meatballs/pepperoni) here is a wallet-killing $14.99 while 10 miles up the road in Eldersburg it's $10.29 (a more realistic price). Why are they charging nearly 50% more?

Wish they would bring back the crushed hots. Nobody seems to have them
