You order one cheesy roll up and they make you wait in the parking lot for 10 minutes when you are the only car in line.
A staff filled with Helen Keller clones would be infinitely more capable.

They never actually have the food ready at the drive through window, they make you pull around and park so they can take their sweet old time with bringing the food out. This has happened to me every time I've visited this location and they are SLOW.

OK so first off let me start by saying I live in Mount Airy and I just remembered why I drive to the one in Frederick. This place is the worst you place your order even if it’s for a single item like a taco and you literally have to wait 10 minutes. The staff takes your money and ask you to pull around and park in the parking lot. Then you see them handing food into wrong cars people going through the food then handing the food back where the foods are already been unwrapped for the people to see that it’s not theirs and then they bring it to you when other people have touched your food so unsanitary. I ask them why this practice is done and the one gentleman was very nice and he said that the manager makes them do this because they’re on a time and the drive-through and it helps with their system. So I guess they found a way to outsmart the system and show that it’s literally taking customers 10 to 15 minutes to get their food. Also, today I went because it was on my way from work and I did not want to pass it and go 15 minutes out the way to my normal Taco Bell in Frederick that I ordered a simple chicken enchilada burrito with no red sauce I repeated the order to the lady twice. Got home bitten into it boom all allergic No lips, swollen just a bad place to be at. I do not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone but I do recommend the Taco Bell off of E. Patrick St. they’re great and the staff is competent in what they’re doing. This staff is not held accountable and they cheat the system so I hope a manager reads this and knows that your staff is running the drive-through clock and having people park and still wait 20 minutes for their food

Have a 30 min lunch break, I spent 15mins of it waiting for chicken. They were out of chicken at noon. Also, why even ask me what sauces I want if they are never in the bag? Guess it’s on me to ask 2-3 times. Next time I’ll catch my own chicken

I came to leave my review because I recently ordered at the drive-thru and the employee was a very nice person, she served me very kindly, her name is Lidia, very excellent, the staff meets my expectations, the food is very delicious.
No kiosk to customize Taco Bell order. You forget how hard it is to have kids order vebally until they have to do it.

Let's see my experiences here in the last 4 times over a month. Terrible they can't get an order correct. I ask for steak and I get chicken or ground beef. I ask for a soft taco and I get crunchy. This place has gone way way down hill and there prices are through the roof. Actually cheaper to go to a sit down restaurant and get quality food
