I had been here for a beer a few times and sat at the bar and always has a fine experience. Yesterday was our first time here for dinner and I can say confidently I will not go back. We ordered bone in wings and were served boneless. We decided not to say anything since our food took a while to come out and we didn’t feel like waiting any longer. Our waitress got one member of our party’s beer incorrect, never brought a lime for the beer and we waited 15 minutes for a side of hot sauce towards the end of our meal, when it was barely busy. The food was subpar. The maryland crab soup was fishy, with hardly any crab and I woke up with a lovely stomach ache after eating here. Would not recommend.

We went here on March 25 2021 and there was a party of 20 people. 10+ at a single table. Went tonight and they refused to sit our party of 9 together. Manager never came out to talk to us. Very rude. Hostess was nice but wouldn’t bring out manager. 0/10 would NOT recommend

My husband and I meet my dad here because it is a good halfway point between where we both live. We usually have a nice time, but tonight I really felt compelled to leave a review for the exceptional service we had. The restaurant was full, with large parties and a full bar. It took a few minutes to get seated, but we didn't mind. I have to say that Samantha went above and beyond with service. She was the only waitress on duty and she killed it! Not to mention, my husband had a sweet tooth and she created a dessert for him based off what they had leftover in the kitchen. How sweet! I really appreciate her and I hope she gets recognized because she was great.

Dining experience was terrible. Could not sit our family of 5 at a single table, did not offer any options or accommodations so that we could enjoy dinner and a drink in the bar area. We got threatened of being kicked out because a friend with their mask one spoke to us at our "table/ bar seat". Constantly threatened at our table, left after 10 minutes of being harrassed. Do not recommend!!

I love there Serivce they are so friendly and Sam the bartender is so sweet. I come here all the time. Need to come in and enjoy there Serivce.

Worst dining experience ever. Staff was more concerned about kicking us out for trying to sit our family of 5 at a single table (limit of 6 at a table). Unable to order food because of being harrased multiple times from employees and manager, would not accommodate our party and were forced to sit at a 4 top as well as 1 sit at the bar. Do not recommend!

This visit was great! Service can be lacking at times, had a few very bad experiences.With that said I LOVE their chicken sandwich so I decided to give it a chance again, crossing fingers I got a GOOD waiter or waitress this time and was pleasantly surprised.The waiter was very attentive and my food cooked beyond perfect.Good service can go a long way!A place can have amazing food but if service sucks people wint go. Don't forget to tip well if you were served well. Ill give $10 on a $30 bill if I get the right person.

Unfortunately Green Turtle is riding on the glory of its past. Used to be amazing food with great service. Over the last two years the dwindling menu has become as disappointing as the slow uncaring service. I don't think this location is going to survive much longer. Gaithersburg is already closed.

They have really stepped up the food here the last couple months! They keep things fairly clean but could use some help in the bar area down stairs. Nice out door seating.
