Absolutely horrible service. Walked in and there was one customer getting a sub, went to counter and stood (I was just getting a drink and cookie). While he was checking the other customer out, two more individuals walked in and stood behind me. When he finished at the register he looked right past me and asked the other two individuals what he could get for them. I mentioned I was in line and the customers looked at me, but the Subway worker never raised his head to acknowledge me and continued asking them what they would like. I mentioned it again, he looked at me and then turned his head and asked the other person what they wanted. To top it off, he ran out of mayo and went to the back to get more, spilled it on the way out from the back, never changed gloves and actually shook the spilled mayo off of his hand onto the sub he was making. Needless to say, I left.

Usually this Subway is pretty good. I've gone here multiple times as I visit here often. However, this past Sunday was the first time I had a major issue. Whoever made the sandwich skimmed on the meat (paid for double meat too) and there was almost no sauce on either sandwhich. One was a buffalo chicken sub and the other terrakyi. It was so subtle and dry.. like they smeared half a teaspoon.. not happy at all. Also, the pretzel stick was pretty hard and they forgot the mustard. Other than that, usually this place is better than many other Subways in Frederick. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. This food isn't cheap..

My sub was good but the churro was hard as a rock. I couldn't even bite a piece off of it. I threw it right in the trash. I won't be back.

Very Clean subway but the Guy saw me there ripping my coupon only to tell me They do not accept coupons when it's time to pay and I would of let all of that go but the Bread was very stale =/

They always close an hour to an hour and half early on the weekends. This has happened many times. Supposed to be open till 9:30 tonight but went to order at 8:15 and everything was already shut down. When they are open they are often out of lettuce and tomatoes and the fountain soda machine NEVER works!

All the good Employees are gone only leaving people who have no idea what their doing. Just wanted my ham egg and cheese and it gets rang up as a ham footlong and add eggs for $3.50. They used to ring it up right and now they just say the menu price is wrong or something else nonsensical. Don't go there until they fire the person scamming people outta their money

Found this great little hidden Subway when i was leaving Myersville. If you’re driving by to fast you may miss it. Clean, friendly service and of course the 12” Turkey is constantly good like many other subways.
