Sixty plus dollars at the wine festival down the drain. The brisket was inedible, dry, and tasted like jerky, it was so tough, and the smoke chicken was so dry, lacked flavor, and the skin was a texture I've never even had before. Tough, dry, tight, and kind of leathery. Thank God for BBQ sauce, it made the very inedible protein a little more palatable. The Mac and cheese and coleslaw were okay, so I'll give credit where it's due, but we felt cheated on the quality overall.

Flavor is unreal. I tried them for the first time at the Moco Fair and we ordered “The Big Bull”. Best BBQ sauce and tender meat.

Had a great experience at the Moose pit. The brisket with horseradish was amazing. I have never had that combination but it absolutely worked. The service was great. Food was amazing and I have zero complaints. I will certainly be back.

Spent 30 dollars on one meal and one order of fries and all our food tasted like cleaning chemicals. Took it away from kids immediately and wife and I cannot rid the taste. Very disappointing. Spoke with a few others that had same issue.

Over spiced undercooked rice, dry steak (also why did I pay $15 for a tablespoon of steak chopped so small it might as well have been ground beef?!?), chimichangas are baked instead of fried, and dry shredded chicken.

We found the Moose Pit food truck in Brunswick last Saturday, during the Reagan Years Concert. We tried the pulled pork with Mac & cheese. It was delicious!!! Yummy food, really nice staff! I’d score them as 10 out of 10!

Amazing taste, the smoking they do to their food is top notch. Also their smoked Mac and cheese is the best Mac I've ever had from a food truck.

The Moose Pit food bodes well with the senses. You can smell the aroma of the Smoked Meats before you actually get to the food truck which makes your mouth start to water and shifts your brain into a high level of anticipation and excitement of what your hunger needs for fulfillment. The taste of the food with the added secret ingredients makes you want to try everything on the menu. The smoked mac & cheese, beans, coleslaw, french fries are tasty sides to the smoked chicken, pit beef, pulled pork, brats, hot dogs and any other foods they prepare. The food presentation is a sight for hungry eyes to see. The food truck is really cool and clean looking. Nick and Steve and their coworkers are very friendly and personable and make you feel like you are family. I highly recommend the Moose pit. They also do catering. I dream about the food sometimes! Delicious!!!
