Jersey Mike's Subs

Bland food. No taste. No flavors. No toasting the bread available. There are great places for subs if one wants a good sub, but jersey Mike's isn't one :(

Well it used to be good. Someone is pinching and squishing the bread; it is disgusting. And the cookies were stuck together not edible. See the photos. It's gross. I can see why it's going downhill when I called on the phone they didn't say anything while handing the phone to two other people. I will not order again. Manager did not apologize either just offered refund. It's like they don't speak English well or just don't care. Never again.

DO NOT EAT AT NEW CARROLLTON LOCATION!!! Food is good but service is horrible! I had an issue with the short old Spanish lady there. She refuses to take my orders over the phone! I used to come in there 3-4 times a week so I’m not sure what the woman’s problem is. I’ve never had any issues with any of the workers there so this is a really strange case for me. Three months ago on two different occasions, I Tried to place an order over the phone for a turkey sandwich to go which is my usual but in the middle of my order the woman who can barely speak English would take the phone from her co worker who was taking the order and act like the phone is breaking up and that she can’t hear me. So I ended up just canceling. After doing this twice to me, three months passed and I decided to call yesterday 3/27/2025 to place an order and the same thing happened!!! Another woman was taking my order but like clockwork the problematic Spanish woman snatches the phone from her coworker and asks me what I would like to order and I would have to repeat my order all over again then she plays the same game acting like there’s a problem with the phone and she can’t hear me and then hangs up the phone. Only difference is this time I was in front of the store when I was calling and I caught her red handed lying. As soon as I walked in her coworker started laughing saying she was caught. The lady kept apologizing saying that something was wrong with the phone but I know that’s a lie because I spoke to their manager Jordan the following morning and he said nothing was wrong with the phone! Things like this is just unacceptable. I don’t know what type of management they have, but workers like her are driving customers away from the establishment. Not good for business!

I had got a sub from Jersey Mikes last year and I used to stop there sometimes to get something organic to eat. But the last time I ordered a sub from Jersey mikes I had got food poisoning and missed work for a whole week and kept throwing up. I’m thinking it was the lettuce or the turkey that caused me to have food poisoning. I told myself never again I will never spend my money on Jersey mikes ever again because of that.

The best subs ever

I'm personally never going back to Jersey Mike's subs shop ever again and let me tell you why. It's my 1st time ever eating at this establishment, and it's already ruined. I willl never ever go back there. I ordered the Chipotle chicken because the Buffalo chicken was out And it was just overall nasty and I'll be nasty and I don't know if they put extra sauce on my Sub because because I had them remake my order since I was unaware that it came with sweet Peppers. I really should have just let them take it back and give me my refund but I was on break and I didn't have time to go somewhere else and order food so I endured and ate the nasty sub. WORST SANDWICH I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I WILL STICK WITH EITHER SUBWAY OR POTBELLY BUT NOT JERSEY MIKE'S!!!!!!! AND I WISH I COULD PUT 0 STARS!!

Went in for a sandwich and some drinks I was trying to get the lemonade drink but what came out of that drink machine was dirty

IDK Madison really saved the day here. One of her male colleagues seemed like he didn't want to be there. The other seemed new but willing to be helpful, though not terribly knowledgeable yet (doesn't mark sandwich on multiple orders or know how to split cash/credit card payments). Madison seems to have the temperament to lead and shall be a better leader than the young man on board with her (fairskined with tats). Food quality is excellent.

This was my 1st experience with Jersey Mikes. The ladies who prepared my food were very nice. After I was told they didn't have anymore bowls for my salad they ended up finding one before they finished my order, so I was pleased. My turkey sub was good and I had my salad later for dinner. I just wish their toaster was working so I could've had my bread toasted. Other than that, everything was good!

The staff was friendly and quick. Food quality was terrible: I had a steak and cheese, and it was lacking flavor badly. The tables in the eating area smelled bad and visibly dirty - Dirty wet rag for sure.
