The owner of this establishment Tom Steulher is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. The fact that I had to even speak with the owner of this establishment should say enough about the rest of the organization. A quick synopsis of my encounters : I booked a wedding for a day in May of 2020. A day that held very significant/sentimental value to us. The reason for us not booking with a lot of other vendors was simply for the fact they did not have the date we were looking for. Needles to say due to COVID-19 we were unable to have our wedding. When trying to call to inquire about what happens to the $1000+ deposit we’ve already paid; we got several of voicemails and no responses. Finally after nearly 2 months past our scheduled date we were able to get in touch with our event coordinator who informed us that they would transfer our deposit to another date but not “able” to refund us. Unfortunately there is no other date we wanted to have our wedding, venues not having that date was a deal breaker there was no substituting the sentiment value of the day we chose. When I inquired more about how our deposit was able to be transferred but not refunded I was simply told that refunding money would result in them losing money and transferring means they get to keep the money. Money that was paid in agreement to terms they are unable to provide. After a few minutes of back and forth I was instructed to call the owner. Mr. Steuhler was absolutely disrespectful and very condescending. He had no care that our contracted agreement couldn’t be met, there was no understanding, there was no effort in coming to a solution. I was told to either rebook at whatever dates they had available (which he wasn’t even able to tell me because they don’t have date for when they’re reopening) or lose my money. After several minutes of continuous insults and condescending remarks I asked how could he just keep my money when not delivering on what was guaranteed, he had no response so instead he says “I have a million things to do today goodbye” and hangs up the phone. At this point even if I had another date in mind why would I want to have an event here after the blatant disrespect I received. Everyone please reconsider your event booking here at this establishment.

Beautiful atmosphere and ambitious. The staff, catering and food was great.

Food was great! Hot and tasty! Buffet style is perfect, which means you choose the amount you want. We enjoyed our time there.

As a wedding planner/coordinator, at the end of the day, you want to make sure your bride and groom are happy and satisfied.

Food and service was remarkably better than last year. Thoroughly impressed with the accomadating and adjustments I watched them make in a crowded room. Outstanding logistics.

This facility has maintained it's simple elegance for more than 20 years. Plenty of parking. Food is tasty.

I hate the food. It is never cooked well. They were scared to bring us deserts.. Just stingy with it. I am suggesting. U go to Camelot to see how to improve. I hate your place. I will not go next year. Our union moved to Camelot. I hooe to move our event next year.

I attended a birthday party for a friend and enjoyed every moment

Went for my granddaugter's cheer banquet. The venue was nice, food was okay.

This place is still beautiful from 1988 until now. ? Food was delicious. Everyone looked gorgeous.

A special events venue whether it is for a retirement party, wedding, or etc. Plenty of room for a large party.

Nice real nice Haven't been there in Years...

Beautiful place to consider celebrating any special occasion.

I do not hate LaFontaine Bleue. My church is having their 95th Church Anniversary at the venue.
