probably the best papa johns in the area they have great service ever there a worker name Marvin came up to me so quick to get my order and helped me out alot great kid the food was top tier and fast it felt like i just sat down and my food was already ready and they hand out the food to you and ask you if you need anything else like napkins and plates overall probably the best experience i had at a papa johns if not ever nice people great attitude vibes

Horrible experience. My large 3 topping pizza crust was missing. Mike spoke to general manager and 2 additional staff over open pizza box. Another customer did not pay for spinach on their pizza but said they asked for that originally. Although they were not charged for pizza Mike gave them their pizza free. When I asked if I could get mine for free he said no because they were waiting longer. I ordered my food online. He offered to take $3 off of my large pizza. I never experienced this type of service before. The customer service is terrible here in New Carrollton, MD.

Customer service is where it starts with me, the young lady with glasses and tattoos was quick and polite it was appreciated. Blessings.

I loved their pizza and it tasted fresh unlike other pizza companys. The service was great and got a great deal online. I would definelty recommend this place and using the app for rewards.

I waited 30 minutes for my pizza. Other people arrived after me, ordered, and that took 5 minutes. I waited 30 minutes. It's not fair. I asked for a refund, then went to Little Ceaser, and they didn't even wait for me for a minute. When they already had the pizza, I don't recommend going to Papa John's, especially if you're Hispanic.

I ordered a pizza from this place, and they never delivered the pizza, they are such thief’s!!

Ordered 35 pizzas online before they opened and they were all ready by 11:45 when I requested. Entire order was correct, hot, and tasty! Great service and they also gave us plates, napkins, cheese and pepper packets.

Better the other liro cesar pizza

At first I thought it was a mistake but they allowed this to be delivered, its supposed to look flat and pie-like but its just a bunch of crumbles.. I also ordered the chicken parmesean bites and the marinara sauce was spilled everywhere.

Don’t order here you will never get your pizza!I ordered a pizza at 8:30 PM and at 9:20PM, I noticed a car pull up to my apartment. The driver got out, came into the building and ran back out and jumped in the car and left. I ran to the door to see if they just left pizza at the door, but when I opened it, there wasn’t any pizza. I called them to make sure they were on the way. They told me that, that delivery was someone else’s and ours has not left yet. 9:47PM came around and I called again, they informed me that my pizza is on its way. What? 10:00PM and the pizza is still not here!!! We called them again and they told us “ your pizza has already been delivered” then they quickly give us an excuse, “ we’re sorry would you like a refund” and after talking to them, and explaining what happened, this excuse came up… “ Actually, we are closed right now” that’s why we’re offering you a refund. Then had to nerve to offer us a credit! We opted for the refund and no credit.We will not be ordering here again at this location!
