I tought I give this place a second chance but the food is really nasty and salty. I'm sorry but we didn't like the pupusas nor the food (rice beans chicken pacallas etc.) this food is salty and feels old, we wanted to give it a second chance but we hope not to return.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First, we weren't greeted at all. Then, I had to ask the waiter if I could seat myself, and he just said "yes." After that, all three employees— including the young man with glasses who promotes the restaurant on TikTok— just stood behind the cashier counter, completely ignoring us. Not one of them made any effort to assist us, even though we were sitting right in front of them. Absolutely terrible customer service. It felt like we were just left to sit there, staring into space.
Hello, just a suggestion to let you know about bad and terrible service and lack of respect towards customers I placed an order for $110 for doordash and I forgot to add an extra sauce so I called and the person who served me started arguing about a sauce of $1 I only told him to charge it from my card and he gave the order as it was, he charged me and the xtra sauce never came in my order. I do not recommend that you order from this place, much less that you visit it, very bad treatment so to the client.
