Every time I come to this location my order always gets messed up. It's very unfortunate because this location is close to my job. Starbucks is too expensive , I spend my hard earned money here just to drive off disappointed every time. I won't be returning to this location.
I visited this Starbucks location today and was shocked by how rude and unprofessional the cashiers were. From the moment I approached the counter, they seemed irritated, dismissive, and unwilling to provide basic courtesy. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful, but instead, I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. This was a very disappointing experience, and I truly hope management addresses the staff’s behavior so future customers are treated with kindness and respect.

This Starbucks is the worst literally never have anything in stock. I have come here several times and they don’t have food items and teas on a consistent basis.

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for over a year. Many of the staff and managers know me by name, and I often come here to work remotely or enjoy my usual drink. Until now, I’ve always felt welcomed and respected.
On the afternoon of June 20th—ironically, just one day after Juneteenth—I came in to use the restroom (which I have the code for, as a frequent customer), then grabbed lunch from next door. After eating on the patio, I returned to the café to work on my laptop, something I do often.
Almost immediately after walking in, I was approached by a young Hispanic employee who asked if I would be making a purchase. When I replied that I wasn’t purchasing anything *at that moment*, I was told I would need to leave. He then brought over another young Hispanic man, who claimed to be the manager, and he repeated the same message, citing a policy that I’ve never once seen enforced here.
I tried to explain that I come here regularly, that many employees know me by name, and that I often buy drinks or just work quietly. Despite that, I was still asked to leave. I was not being disruptive, nor had I been given a chance to order through the app or at the counter.
**To make matters worse, there is no signage anywhere in this store indicating that customers must make a purchase to sit inside.** I visit many Starbucks across the DMV, including large locations throughout Washington, D.C., and have never seen such a sign posted. If this is truly store policy, it should be clearly displayed.
As a Black woman, this experience left me feeling singled out, disrespected, and deeply uncomfortable. The way I was immediately confronted and asked to leave, without the courtesy typically extended to regular customers, felt more like profiling than policy enforcement. I left feeling like I didn’t belong in a space I’ve supported for over a year.
I’m sharing this experience in hopes that Starbucks takes incidents like this seriously. All customers—especially regular ones—deserve to be treated with consistency, fairness, and respect.

Well I stop by this morning for my coffee I asked for a VT Blonde And Espresso ,but I should ask for a cup of ice , I get it about one hour ago and still my cup is full of ice ☹️
I had ordered ahead of time because i had work, and when i got to the store the matcha drink i had ordered was already ready but when i went to grab it i noticed it was poorly made and had clumps as it wasnt property made, but since i didnt have time to even ask for it to be remade i decided i was just gunna ask for a straw and mix it myself since i had to leave for work already. And when i said excuse me to the baristas so i could ask for a straw, the barista with the bun and edges done with a tattoo on her hand rolled her eyes before handing me the straw. I wouldnt have even made a review if i didnt get any atiitude for asking for a STRAW and wouldve just fixed it myself but i guess if even asking for a straw is a problem in this starbucks i cant imagine what attitude i wouldve been given if i asked to remake my drink.

After ordering my drink I told the woman that I wanted it hot please. She then asked if I wanted hot or cold. Again I told her hot. After finally making it to the window I was handed a cold drink... smh
The wait time at drive thru is about 10-15 minutes. Then the tea was made so hot that I had to wait 10 minutes with the ac blowing to get to drink it.

Went through the drive through a few days ago. Love the service at the window. Me and a lovely staff member had a chat about all things purple including the Prince himself. The coffee was hot and the breakfast sandwich surprisingly good!
Hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! First of all when someone orders an iced drink, you actually have to put ice in it! Not, oops, I forgot, I'll toss some in on the top. Rude baristas, not even a greeting. You guys have been in business long enough to know how to make a damn iced caramel latte and say good morning! Disgusting. What a waste of my money! This is exactly why I stopped coming here. Save yourself the trouble, and find something local.

This location is next to the UPS store where I do my shipping so I go almost everyday. Either walk in or drive thru. Professional and courteous staff.

First time walking into a Starbucks in like 5 years at least. Definitely will be my last. Customer service at this particular location could use some training. Did not ask my name, barely smiled and just set my sandwich on the counter without saying anything. Had me standing there for almost 10 mins before I decided to just go look and see. Anyone could have taken my food and left. No bag was offered and nobody even cared to look up from what they were doing when I asked. I can understand the location and demographic but not everyone that walks in the door with a certain look means bad energy. Everyone spending money at an establishment should be treated just as important as the money they are working for. Starbucks is not designed with a certain image in mind...

The crew at the Donnelle Drive store. Nice group of workers. They move quick. They smile and recognize you as you come in. Where could go wrong there. Dragon fruit yum!!
