I’ve visited this Starbucks multiple times per month in the last year and the service gets worse each time. As stated in other reviews, the employees are indifferent and unfriendly. When visiting in store, no one greets you and even when there isn’t a line, you’ll have to wait several minutes before being acknowledged and even longer to get your order. The employee moral is dismal and they seem short staffed which is fully reflected in the service. As for drink quality, my order is never consistent even though it is a staple drink on the menu. I’ve had to ask that they remake it on several visits. Such a different experience than other locations and very disappointing. Just do better!

Honestly, 10/10. I loveeed it here, and I'm coming back FOR SURE. The service was quick, great and efficient! Despite some reviews, the place has changed overtime. I do truly recommend this Starbucks! No attitude shown by the baristas, and my drink was made in less than 3 minutes. Every other starbucks I've gone to has had me wait absurd amounts of time for some coffee. I just want it simple and easy. Your girl needs coffee, y'know? Anyways, amazing place. If you're looking for a starbucks that won't let you down, this is the one!

Very disappointed in the customer service, a worker this morning made my friend's and my drink, and got it COMPLETELY WRONG on purpose. She was laughing at my friend while ordering. We did not complain because we didn't want to make a big deal, but her unprofessionalism is very unfortunate, regardless of her motives.

So many people working here but still so extremely slow
This place is the best! :D The food was immaculate and I LOVED their pumpkin spice latte with oat milk. It’s a cozy environment to study after school or take your friends to if you want to hang out in a quiet place. The customer service was superb, and the staff members were welcoming to every guest who came through the door. Especially one worker there, I think she had locs and she wore some cheetah or pink hair clips, she was very inviting. Unfortunately, on the same day that this was posted, some customers didn’t get the memo and were being extremely rude to the staff. A group of middle school girls were being loud and disruptive. It’s disappointing they felt entitled enough to expect staff to not follow policy, ask questions, or do their jobs. If you don’t know what you want to order in advance, look up their menu options or even ask the staff for their recommendations on what they would get off the menu. They are there to sell you the best products they have on hand and they will get you right every time. This may be a bit biased but I have never had a bad experience at this particular Starbucks, and all the people that I’ve tagged along with have said they love this place too. I highly recommend their brown sugar shaken espresso it’s DELICIOUS!

These worst customer service, walked in at approximately 0608, 5 associates in the receiving area and no one greeted me when I said hello isn’t someone going to help me one young female said one minute and she continued to wipe the counter down I stood there another 30 seconds. When I asked another associate who was the manager she said Sheldon Walton. Do better!
Me and my group of 3 were coming here as usual to get drinks. we come here daily and our first encounter was on Friday 12 2025 around 1-4 pm. We came across this lady (she was black and had short braids in and has a pink clip ) and she came up to us and told us that we were loud, and telling us to order drink or else we will have to leave.My friend told told the lady kindly that we were actually getting up to get our drinks but then she talked back at her with a attitude and even got me and my friends drinks wrong.They even gave us the wrong size and STILL didn’t give us the right drinks. She also said that we made a mess every time we came there, even though that was our first time seeing her there.And then when we went back to Starbucks again on Friday 19 2025 at 4:20-4:30 we encountered the same lady that was being rude to us took our order, when we went to order our drinks.She told us with attitude”you guys still make a mess every time” when we had just been there for a few minutes. We put back our chairs and still get told we are messy.Honestly she is the worst employee that I have ever seen in Starbucks

This has to be THEE WORST Starbucks in all of the DMV. The staff is extremely rude and have no concept of proper culinary and customer service skills. Twice now I’ve gone to the drive up window and the staff handles your drink with their hand all over the lid without gloves. When you ask them why they handle your drink that way and can you get a new lid, they get an attitude.
These people need to be trained extensively in food service and how to properly handle food that the public is consumes. These kinds of practices pose major health threats need to be addressed.

My experience with Starbucks on Friday 12th 2025 was the worst. I absolutely despised what had happened. My group of 4 (including me) always come in and sit in the lobby as we think about what drinks to order. We always do this as we never get told to leave, until Friday. Not even 5 minutes after we sit down to think our choices, a lady came up to us and tells us to order a drink or else we will HAVE to leave because we can’t stay in the lobby. I kindly told the lady that we will order soon and honestly we were actually about to get up and order our drinks. She gave us attitude, had a clear expression of irritation plastered on her face. When she left us after giving that poor statement, she went behind the counter to her other co workers and talked about us, saying we were loud. To be clear, she said she always sees our group when we have NEVER seen her ever. If she has actually seen our group, she would know that we always sit down and think about what we want to order. There was never ever a time where we went in the establishment and didn’t order something. When we got up to order she was the one who took our order, I ordered a chai tall latte with vanilla cold foam and caramel drizzle. She asked to repeat myself, so I did. When I received my order, there was no caramel drizzle at all. When my friend ordered a drink/ the same one I ordered, he asked for a venti, but they gave him a grande. They still charged him for it, so when he confronted them about it, they lied. Saying they didn’t When they clearly did.
This USED to be my favorite place to get coffee from but I suppose not any more. Me and my group always have nice service here but those women that worked on Friday 12th 2025 at 1:40-3:00 pm Were not kind. I’ve tried reaching out to Starbucks but they always reply with the same copy and pasted sentence. Starbucks, do better with your staff.
