This location is next to the UPS store where I do my shipping so I go almost everyday. Either walk in or drive thru. Professional and courteous staff.

The coffee is no good no fresh just bitter no like the Starbucks coffee i know I just wasted my money this morning

First time walking into a Starbucks in like 5 years at least. Definitely will be my last. Customer service at this particular location could use some training. Did not ask my name, barely smiled and just set my sandwich on the counter without saying anything. Had me standing there for almost 10 mins before I decided to just go look and see. Anyone could have taken my food and left. No bag was offered and nobody even cared to look up from what they were doing when I asked. I can understand the location and demographic but not everyone that walks in the door with a certain look means bad energy. Everyone spending money at an establishment should be treated just as important as the money they are working for. Starbucks is not designed with a certain image in mind...

The crew at the Donnelle Drive store. Nice group of workers. They move quick. They smile and recognize you as you come in. Where could go wrong there. Dragon fruit yum!!

Idk how the people always make my drink so good and somehow better and faster than other Starbucks even though I order the same thing. Also staff is nice 10/10 👍🏼

The location of this spot is perfect, lots of people but because of that they don't work well under pressure.
The last experience I had was when I ordered a drink and when I finished it... The TOP of the coconut milk carton was IN my drink... (You know the plastic top)
Word of advice I guess be careful with your drinks.

I don't know what's been going on here lately but almost every breakfast sandwich I've gotten over the last few weeks has been cold in the middle. Today it was practically refrigerator temp.

The caramel macchiato was on point Along with our lemon pastry And coconut Hot beverage. We were in the drive through and the employees were so thoughtful kind and hard-working.
