CUSTOMER SERVICE is very horrible they will mess up your order and not try to refund your money even the manager wasn’t helpful would be nice to at least try and make your customer feel appreciated while staff needs CUSTOMER SERVICE training

I drive across town passing three Wendy’s to get to this location Because of CUSTOMER SERVICE has been the best that I have received at any Wendy’s said I was going to It’s worth the drive.

Honestly never ordering here again paid for three baconaitors and they charged me three triple ones and i had to pay 10 dollars for just the bacon, honestly better wendys else where never pick here bruh
Don't go to this location ive went an hour or two ago and wanted a Cobb salad , before I finished it I found hair in my food you can tell teenagers work there . Bad service

I don't think I'm going to go to Wendy's anymore I always have problems there first of all when I try using my credit cards they say there's something wrong with my card even though there isn't and I called her corporate office three times to ask them why they wouldn't accept my card and I never got a response. Also the app is really hard to use it doesn't make any sense it tells you you have to scan something but it doesn't tell you what you have to scan one time I went to a Wendy's drive-thru late at night I was in line for 15 minutes and when I got to the drive-thru place the I couldn't find the thing that was there to disappear and it wouldn't give me my food and I was there for a half hour and I got no food and every time I go there and try to use the app they say you have to scan something I don't understand what it is they don't know what it is. AND JUST LIKE EVERY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT THAT HAS AN APP IF THERE'S A PROBLEM THEY SAY WE DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE EVEN IF IT'S IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND EVEN STILL ALL FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS THAT HAVE APPS THE THE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT IF THE PEOPLE AND THE MANAGERS AND THE EMPLOYEES DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT THEN THEY SHOULD STOP USING APPS!
