Beware I just spend the last hour expelling food from both ends because of food poisoning! I’m very much considering escalating because this is ridiculous.

I’m fasting for Ramadan, I haven’t eaten all day yesterday but because I had a coupon on uber I decided to order wings to break my fast. Had no idea the T-Mobile Tuesday promo was going on until I went on ticktock. Why is that important?? Because my food took 2 hours. Even with the delay I was patient and very understanding, I broke my fast with fruits because I didn’t want ruin my appetite. Food finally comes and it’s short 1 wing. Ok not a big deal… you would think with my food taking literally 2 hours that it would be cooked to perfection but NO. Not even an hour after eating the food I’m running to the bathroom with severe pain throwing up every ounce of chicken in me. IF YALL CANNOT HANDLE RUSH CLOSE THE KITCHEN DOWN!!! I would much rather my order get cancelled than yall cook/handle the food improperly and give me food poisoning. Im disgusted just thinking about what yall could have possibly been doing to the chicken. So thank you for shorting my wings expensive wings and giving me food poisoning! If I could give negative rating I would.

Also want to add I asked for it well done and I only eat my wings extra crispy. They looked cooked which to me says either they aren’t storing the chicken properly. Their leaving it out for extended period of time, there is cross contamination, or they don’t have good hygiene/ sanitation practices. Either way unacceptable

On Wednesday, March 19 at 5:55pm, I walked in after anticipating wingstop all day. To my surprise there were 3 workers and an almost empty restaurant. I was not acknowledged for the first 10 minutes. The only acknowledgement I received was a, “is anyone here for pickup” and I said no. For 15 minutes they saw me, looked at me and did not give a wait time, apologize for busyness or anything. So I walked out. And I vowed I’d never eat at a wingstop ever. I’m big on brands. I won’t beg someone to spend my money, that’s absurd. The employees should speak up if they are understaffed. I promise this will hurt. Train your employees better.

Everything was horrible. Service food wait time the worst store I’ve been too. And the manager is never helpful and very nonchalant and rude. New management needed at this store. ASAP I will never come back to this location

Just left, the cashier was nasty. She was in the back dropping f bombs, about new employees coming in making more than she does, and all she got was a 50 cent raise. YES, she was LOUD!! Food good though.

On 11/9/2024 I came in and ordered 20 wings. 10 honey hot rub and 10 Louisiana rub. I finished putting in my order at 8:30 pm and sat for my order to come up. I watched multiple online orders come in and pickup there orders and the people who had ordered before me were still waiting for their orders even at 9:00pm. I got concerned got up and asked what was taking so long. Finally at 9:05 i recieved my food. The people who ordered before me where still waiting for their food. Terrible managment that night. I left and 2 minutes into my drive i tried some of the food and it was ice cold. As if it were sitting for a long time. Super upset that I couldn't enjoy my $40 cold wings. Its been 1 week and no one has reached out to me.

My food was 2 hours late from my Uber eats order, due to them taking so long to make it. They would not pick up the phone when trying to call them asking if they were even making my food. I understand restaurants can be busy but 2 hours is unacceptable

I'm finally writing a review after my 3rd bad experience with this Wingstop. The first was taken care of by the manager, so I continued to order food from here. But after receiving my last order, I'm done. I prefer flats, so I request them and pay extra for them. Twice, I've gotten a mixture of flats of drums. Last night, I received all drums. My son forgot to request flats only, so I should have at least gottten a mixture. To top it off, the wings seemed old and hard all 3 times. I'm not going to continue to ask to speak to a manager. I'm just done giving my money to an establishment that doesn't seem to care to sell food that is at least edible. The only reason I gave 2 stars for service is because the manager made my order right the first time I had an issue.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE i have never had such a terrible customer service yesterday sunday night i went with my family to buy food i was there waiting for my order over 40 minutes i had asked several times the worker said it was almost ready i ask for the third time she said “oh im reprinting the ticket” i waiting another 20 minutes it was still not ready i was there for more than a hour to at the end walkout with no food and a return after wasting my time . Please have a better customer service for other clients cause im definitely not going there no more and im telling my family members and friends to make sure they dont have that bad experience too

Sorry to say, but after waiting for about a 1/2 hr the food was not that great! The fries were over cooked & the boneless wings were not to tasty. I would have asked for replacement fries but I had no more extra time to wait around! Also there was so much loud talking from the staff! About how customers were just standing there staring at the menu board!! Hellloooo!, that was my 1st time there so I was trying to make a decision! I will not be returning to wing stop! I can say that the fresh ? and celery sticks were tasty! ( The ranch dressing tasted watered down! ) ??

I called the hiring manager about my application and it said my interview was last week and when I called that day the hiring manager wasn’t there . So today I decide to call again and he said I had an interview last week and I told him that the hiring manager wasn’t there . He told me if I had any other questions and I said no . That’s when he declined my application right there . So rude
