They can't handle large orders. My Doordash driver originally delivered bag #2 of 2. She went back and got bag #1. The bag was greasy, the fries were iced cold and spilled in the bag, were missing 10 wings, there was grease on top of the containers. I called and was placed on permanent hold hung up called back and received the message that they were taking calls. I spent over $75 and I would like a satisfactory solution.

I always ask for ALL FLATS!
Pay extra and still get drums in my order.

Every time I come to this place I expect good service, but it's the complete opposite. It's terrible, awful, disgusting service. They should change the manager and the staff in general. You wait for hours and they shamelessly spend the time on the phone or in the bathroom. Horrible place.

Girl with the red hair just let my food sit for a solid 10 minutes before bringing it to the counter and calling my name. She was also helping the kitchen when they had plenty of people back there and she was letting customers just walk out the door without helping them

Fries cold had to replace my wings not cooked as requested and why would wrap up some soak and wet veggie sticks and why is the ranch watery NEVER AGAIN!!! This not the right location for this restaurant, I’ve had better service elsewhere OUTSIDE of the hood. They can’t cook🤢

Terrible service today, the host on my receipt is named Bryan, but the actual guy running it was someone else. He tried to be slick and give very cold fries then in an unsanitary manner tried to reheat the sane fries being cheap and slick I requested to be made fresh I also observed pre coocked chicken sitting in baskets and what appears to be just dipping in grease when you call.....my reciept number is 10006....I'm also making a complaint to corporate......I could tell the old fries were pretty cooked because there was no lemon pepper season....I also saw a slick short cut with the door dashes being done.......this is not a trusted location...PLEASE CHECK YIUR FOOD DONT JUST TAKE THE BAG

Cashier acted like it was a burden to serve customers. She walking around simultaneously handling food and money. Cooks in the back were not wearing gloves. One was shuffling between pulling his phone out of his pocket, using said phone, and handling food simultaneously without washing hands between. Then he proceeds to put his hands directly into the food containers. Unprofessional and unsanitary. I was only passing through, so not much to be done about it after the fact.

Very disappointed with this Wingstop. I ordered 10 wings and it took them 45 minutes to get my food ready. When I finally got it, the fries were cold and full of seasoning, even though I had asked for no salt. Terrible service and poor quality — won’t be coming back.

The food and service were excellent. They just happened to be cleaning a spill by another customer, however, the atmosphere was very cordial and upbeat. Glad I chanced to try them and will be a return customer

Worst wingstop I ever been to, called to get an update on my order and the lady put me on hold, so I decided to go in person while waiting on hold, when I got there the front lady was just walking around drinking soda, just to tell someone else picked up my order with a smile on her face like it’s funny. Disrespectful and lazy, go get wings somewhere else.

I can’t speak for all I can speak for the one in new Carrollton Maryland on Annapolis Road all the young folks that got there rude and disrespectful. They hung up the phone on me when I call about my order I picked up and the young lady hung up on me talking about that’s what you order. I ordered six habanero mango and six lemon pepper. They gave me three mango habanero and four lemon pepper. Does that make any sense talking about? That’s what I ordered and I’m trying to explain to the lady she hung up the phone on me. They’re very disrespectful and the manager they called him from the back he look like he drunk on a Friday.

My first, and probably last time visiting. I wanted pizza but my daughter said Wing stop so we went to Wing stop. The New Carrollton location was super busy because of a National Chicken Wing Day special, and unfortunately, the staff wasn't ready for it. Close to 40 people inside the store waiting and cars double parked outside. One individual said he waited 2 hours. Our order wasn't ready until an hour after the proposed time. The staff was announcing the readied orders from inside the kitchen instead of from the counter, so customers were standing around, not knowing that their orders were ready. At least 20 bagged orders just sitting on the counters not being claimed. No sense of urgency from the staff, one walked out, one playing with his friend who was in the crowd. I honestly wanted to jump in and either help prep orders or handle the customers (I am a private chef and hospitality professional and my daughter worked at a Wingzone while in high school, being offered a promotion her first month). Next time, shut down online and doordash orders so you can catch up. When the food was finally ready, it was a huge let down. Fries were tasty, but cold. Chicken was overcooked, dry, not good quality. Wings were small, very little meat, and several miscuts (the bargain wings that aren't processed correctly from the factory, so they are sold at a discount). And then the Dr Pepper from the fountain was so flat that it tasted like slightly sweet water. I'm an extremely patient and forgiving customer, as I have experience in food and hospitality, but this was the worst carryout experience I've ever had.
