I can’t speak for all I can speak for the one in new Carrollton Maryland on Annapolis Road all the young folks that got there rude and disrespectful. They hung up the phone on me when I call about my order I picked up and the young lady hung up on me talking about that’s what you order. I ordered six habanero mango and six lemon pepper. They gave me three mango habanero and four lemon pepper. Does that make any sense talking about? That’s what I ordered and I’m trying to explain to the lady she hung up the phone on me. They’re very disrespectful and the manager they called him from the back he look like he drunk on a Friday.

My first, and probably last time visiting. I wanted pizza but my daughter said Wing stop so we went to Wing stop. The New Carrollton location was super busy because of a National Chicken Wing Day special, and unfortunately, the staff wasn't ready for it. Close to 40 people inside the store waiting and cars double parked outside. One individual said he waited 2 hours. Our order wasn't ready until an hour after the proposed time. The staff was announcing the readied orders from inside the kitchen instead of from the counter, so customers were standing around, not knowing that their orders were ready. At least 20 bagged orders just sitting on the counters not being claimed. No sense of urgency from the staff, one walked out, one playing with his friend who was in the crowd. I honestly wanted to jump in and either help prep orders or handle the customers (I am a private chef and hospitality professional and my daughter worked at a Wingzone while in high school, being offered a promotion her first month). Next time, shut down online and doordash orders so you can catch up. When the food was finally ready, it was a huge let down. Fries were tasty, but cold. Chicken was overcooked, dry, not good quality. Wings were small, very little meat, and several miscuts (the bargain wings that aren't processed correctly from the factory, so they are sold at a discount). And then the Dr Pepper from the fountain was so flat that it tasted like slightly sweet water. I'm an extremely patient and forgiving customer, as I have experience in food and hospitality, but this was the worst carryout experience I've ever had.

Never again. Placed order at 9:24 for a total of 8 wings and carrots. Waited be4 I left because it’s Wingstop #IYKYK. Got there at 11:20pm. Multiple large bags of food just sitting. Watched at least 3 garbage bags of food thrown away with over two dozen ppl waiting for food (11:30pm). Left and came back. By 12:15, I had to get refund since my order still wasn’t “in the queue”.

Is this what happens just because it’s a small order? Im genuinely impressed with the poor quality of service. Actually set a new bar of what to avoid forever. Do with this info as you may and lucky I can’t upload the video footage..

Continuously gets orders wrong. Food is cold. There’s never anyway to get a refund. And to top it off I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes.

Last night I decided to take a trip to Wingstop to the New Carrollton location. Everytime I go there I’m treated with great vibes and attentiveness. Tae was so nice to help and was a wonderful host. He did great getting the orders out and responding to everyone waiting in the lobby. My food only took about 10 minutes to get to me and it was hot, fresh and juicy. Im addicted to the ranch and seasoning on the fries. I will be back soon and can’t wait to see this great staff again. Highly recommend and Satisfying!!

When I arrived to the restaurant I was greeted by a young man with curly hair and a lovely young lady with purple hair. They were so helpful, me and my family got our food within 15 minutes and it was super fresh. This is my favorite store by farrr.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! THESE WINGS ARE HORRIBLE AND BLAND!
I placed my order and the GPS said 8 minutes away. When I arrived the bag was ready. I asked were they cooked well done?
He said yes! I ate a few fries and two wings and they were Nasty. I came back and started with hey fam I know you don’t cook the food. But the fries are burnt and the wings aren’t well done.

He says the fries being burnt I give you that but I know I put them wings in for more time.

lol 😂 how do you KNOW THE FRIES ARE BURNT AND Still Serve them!?!???

Moral of the story Don’t order online.
If you don’t want the food they’ll say it takes 5 days to be refunded.
I’ll be back with this NASTY ASS FOOD TOMORROW TO GET MY REFUND!
It’s 12:10am and I’m PISSED.

I came back to bring my food for HOT FOOD. They gave me MORE COLD FOOD!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

Stay away from the place. Very unprofessional and rude. I have placed an order for take out I got the 24 wings and was missing 5 wings from my order. I gave the a call right away after checking my order and the girl that picked up the phone was extremely rude and didn’t know what she was talking about as she was telling the manager that I said I was missing a side of fries and 5 pc wings which I never said all I told her was im missing 5 wings out of 24 and I heard the manager yelling in the background saying “oh no now she’s lying I know damn well I put the fries in the bag” and she knows the fries was in the bag etc which I had to tell her once again that I never said I was missing the fries. She was still very rude but told me they will refund me for the missing wings and til today I have not received the amount refunded back to me through my original paying method which was supposed to be returned to mg bank. I’m writing this review to warn how nasty and unprofessional they are, they will giving missing wings/food and they don’t care to resolve your issue. At this point they could have my money I will definitely never return and will warn everyone I know about this establishment.

This Wing Stop location is clean, neat, and has great customer service. The lavatory is clean and neat and it is an over all nice place to experience. Today was my first time visiting and it has left a good impression on me. I would definitely recommend this place to family or even my friends. This place is affordable.

I ordered a 10pcs wing meal from here on May 29th. The food was horrible ! Around 3AM I got sick! Definitely was food poisoning! The food tasted like it was old and refried or something. I had really bad stomach pains and was in the bathroom for almost an hour! Horrible!

I received the wrong order, no ice in the drink, chicken was salty as hell, feathers on the chicken. The food was bad, I was t going to even complain until I got sick! That was the icing on the cake. Please be careful where you eat at! Food poisoning is serious.

I walked in on May 14,2025 at 7pm ! I waited 45 minutes after placing the order online. First I immediately noticed none of the employees handling the food were wearing gloves. That was very disturbing. Second i arrive home and my whole order was wrong!!! I requested Buffalo wings , buffalo tenders and fries. What i received was plain tenders, bbq wings and BURNT fries ! I immediately call the store to ask for a refund and to return the food. The manager answers the call and proceeds to tell me there is no refund. I ask for her name and she hangs up the call. I went back into the store and she was really rude in person trying to deny she was the one that hung up the call on me. Her name is Michelle ! She treated me horribly , she was rude , she was dismissive. All i was asking for was a refund for an order that they messed up. As a customer i will never go back to wing stop in New Carrollton. I also asked for managers above her i believe their names are Simone and Will. I have yet to hear about my refund ! I don’t recommend anyone to go to this location. Customer service sucks ! They are rude , and they are clearly are unsanitary!

Ordered the hot honey rub and got the hot oily rub, the wings are barely coated with any seasonings and there’s always a pool of oil at the bottom, idk if they’re not letting the grease drip before boxing or using an oil based seasoning but it’s not working and I won’t be ordering from this location anymore, there’s so many recent bad reviews that corporate should come out and give them a class or making the wings and customer service

O4/17/2025 8:20pm I am leaving the establishment. they made me wait more than an hour, my order was immediately charged and my order never came out, when I asked them for an explanation the cashier laughed mockingly and they told me that the manager does not speak Spanish and did not want to attend me, they were rude to me. There were only young people and nobody had a presentation of Manager (there was no manager and the cashier say it is new) they are insolent badly educated because when they came out the orders shouted the movie that did not repeat contemptuously
