I had always problem with this store usually I prefer Hot buffalo Sauce. When I order without saying anything ... Rather just saying pizza with hot buffalo sauce in my order I will barely see sauce . I f order extra then I feel eating sauce only. Per them call once you place order. And today I called and said moderate buffalo sauce and I got pizza with more than extra open the box I don't of staff and showed to it. That is why usually prefer Urbana store compare to this one

The times I have ordered from here the food was good, but dealing with the "rewards" that gets the price to something reasonable is a giant pain and the rear and makes the whole experience awful. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, I just get stuck in automated phone hell and the online chat-bot sucks.

Theres been an issue every time I've ordered here, always cold or takes hours or they forget sauces, or mess up the order ect. and from now on I'll just stick with ledos. I ordered both pizzas with extra cheese, but instead they skimped and hardly put any at all on either of them. One was bad enough I requested a remake and somehow they made it even worse than the first time so I'm not ordering here anymore.

Staff accidentally messed up my toppings, manager on the phone tonight, Tuesday January 10th, was extremely nice and caring and offered to send me a new pizza or get a credit, and I took the credit because I didn’t want somebody to drive back this way. Not often you here somebody with that level of customer service over the phone. I wish I got his name cause you need to give that guy a raise.
