I attempted to use the kiosk to order a value meal. After selecting the value meal and the entrée I made payment, not realizing you had to physically select the hash brown and coffee even though they already showed on the screen. When I Picked up the food I realized immediately and asked the staff how to fix it as I wanted the complete meal. Their only response was you cannot. I was completely willing to pay the difference But not given the option. Bad kiosk design along with incompetent employees.

They always seem like they're mad you are there. The manager practically yelled at me this morning for sitting there quietly waiting for my mobile order to be ready...weird vibe.
