I attempted to use the kiosk to order a value meal. After selecting the value meal and the entrée I made payment, not realizing you had to physically select the hash brown and coffee even though they already showed on the screen. When I Picked up the food I realized immediately and asked the staff how to fix it as I wanted the complete meal. Their only response was you cannot. I was completely willing to pay the difference But not given the option. Bad kiosk design along with incompetent employees.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Simply the worst. Employees are rude for no reason, line takes too long, nobody keeps up with the lobby, donuts are stale every time. I order ahead online to avoid the hassle just to wait 10 min in line ended up walking in to pick up my order just to get the nastiest attitude from everyone. It’s clear there is no teamwork since they always find a way to mess up my order. If I could give them 0 stars I WOULD!
