I went and told the cashier named “Dora” I wanted to pay some cash and some card she said “okay” I use the card first she said no I said yeah half card half cash she said okay then I taped my card again she said decline I said never mind removed some food items and then she proceeded to tell the other workers “ she doesn’t have money remove some of her food” she said all of that in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand when I did and to say that is very rude and disrespectful I do have money just some on card and some cash McDonalds needs to do better

With the grandkids after an athletic camp and there were no Wendy's or Chick-fil-A's to be found so we were stuck with either Burger King or McDonald's. The young guy in training was very nice, but the quarter pounder came with 3 items he didn't ask for and all the French fries were not hot though the kids didn't seem to mind. The highlight was the soda machines and their fascination with the different drink combinations they could make and the computer game machine at our table.

The New Market McDonald's is usually my family's go-to McD. Today, I ran into a manager (Damariyus) who does not know how their own promotion works. I filled out one of their online surveys for a buy one, get one sandwich or same or lesser value. I produced my survey number, and she says I can't use it. Puzzled I ask why? She says because I did not order the same sandwich (a sausage, egg, and cheese mcmuffin). I showed her on the receipt that I got sandwich free or equal or lesser value ( a sausage biscuit, which was CHEAPER than the sandwich I had paid for). Defeated she then changed her tune to say I needed to do it on the mobile app. I gently explained it's impossible to enter my survey code on the app and asked why on earth my cash was no good. Bottom line. She was not giving me my free $1.89 sandwich. I will never order from this McD again if I see her working. I strongly encourage corporate to educate their staff.

As a family we love McDonalds the food is usually good but this McDonalds service was extremely poor. We used the self checkout to dine in because there was no one at the register. I paid for my order at the self checkout but didn't get a receipt. I stood and waited approx 5 minutes before someone noticed me standing there. I had even said excuse me a few times to employees standing behind the counter, but was ignored. When someone did come to help me, she wasn't too happy that I needed a receipt and explained to her that the machine wasn't working right at the kiosk. I told her exactly what I ordered, the amount of my order and that I was the last person to order at the kiosk. She obviously ignored me and printed out multiple receipts that were not my order. She was getting more and more frustrated until she finally found my receipt and wished me a good day. Overall food was great but I won't be stopping at this McDonalds again due to the service. We only stop here once a year on our way to Flintstone, MD but I think we will be stopping elsewhere next year!
