Ordered take-out over the phone a couple weeks ago. I was told the order would be ready in 30-35 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant a little over a half-hour later and was told my order was never received. I verified with the staff my order and that I had called the right Pasquales restaurant, and even read off the phone number I called to place the order.
