My family ordered doordash around 530pm, it had still not been delivered by 8pm though the doordash app showed it as delivered at 745. I was passing through the New market area around 8 and figured I'd see if they were fixing the issue, at the least I could pick up for them at this point. As I walked in, the owner?/manager? Manny was on the phone with a driver (maybe their own staff)working to ensure the replacement food get there this time. He compensated and then some for the food, which they could have simply blamed on doordash, but didnt. Shout out to Manny and staff for going the extra mile. Your care and compassion was greatly appreciated!

Didn't know they were closings in 10 min when I called and they still offered to me a steak and cheese. On top of it, the sub was good af.. instant favorite. Sorry for the bad pic. It was late

I ordered through doordash. I got a meatball sub, chicken Alfredo and a large pizza. Everything was hot when it arrived and everything tasted good. The only thing that prevented me from giving this place. Five stars was the pasta and the chicken alfredo. It was severely overcooked, which was a shame because everything was so good

Been ordering takeout pizza from Pasquale’s for years. But dining in was not good. The bread basket (lined with a napkin) was obviously re-used because two out of four butter packets were open and used! They just took the old bread off and put on a new one. The salad plate was not clean and there was a fly in the salad. There was a big sauce glob under my seat. Also, someone behind the counter sounded sick and coughing. Chicken was rubbery and the waitress was on her phone (through earbuds) talking the entire time. Not a good dining in experience. And based on what I saw re cleanliness, not sure I would order takeout either.

We normally always order food from this restaurant as their food is generally delicious. However tonight was the last straw.
We watched the “cook” while waiting for our food stick his entire bare hand inside the cooked pasta drawer with no tongs, gloves, or any utensil and put the pasta into the container to pick up.
You need to train your employees on what is/isn’t acceptable in terms of a sterile cooking environment and what is allowed as per the health department. That was disgusting and when I called him out the manager didn’t even apologize, offer a refund, and instead argued back and said “he probably just washed his hand.” I don’t care if he just washed his hand, since when is it okay to pick up pasta with your bare hands for someone else to eat? Let alone in a restaurant!

Ordered carry out at 6:03 pm. Arrived around 6:20 after a notification that the order would be ready between 6:18 to 6:33. 2 subs and 2 kids pastas, but this took until After 7:00 pm to be ready. Was told a big order slowed my order down when it seems as though part of the order was misplaced and they just did not want to say anything. Time to reheat half of this order.
Tina and Kathy are great, along with the rest of the crew. Everything that we get is always very good.

I drive a tractor-trailer and make deliveries to a nearby Costco about once per week. I always look forward to this route, because I get to have a meal from King’s Pasquale while I’m in town. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are definitely worth your time and money.
