Online order for delivery at the Wheelhouse was a bust! Tried calling 4 time to find out if they had my order after waiting for almost an hour and no one answered. Walked across the street to get the order and found out that the phone number on the QR code menu was the wrong number. Probably 1 and done with City Sliders.

We went as a party of five and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food! We experienced little to no wait upon arrival, and our waitress was incredibly accommodating. The manager was also very attentive to our needs. However, if you prefer a quieter atmosphere, I'd recommend avoiding the small round booth near the bar, as the acoustics in that area can get quite loud. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed the salmon slider, portobello slider, cod sliders, and the star of the show was definitely the sweet potato fries. Great milkshakes. We tried several different sliders (Nashville Hot Chicken, Buffalo Chicken, Sunrise Chicken, Steak, Lamb, and Cheeseburger) and all were tasty with fresh ingredients and wonderful toasted buns. We shared an order of cheese fries and regular fries, also very good. Service was attentive and friendly. Very quiet on a cool, windy Monday night.
Conceptually a great idea...execution, not so much. Staff seemed overwhelmed with the three tables occupied and unwilling to accommodate any request stating the kitchen was too busy despite the lack of patrons in the seating area along with the little to no foot traffic from carry out. Asked for the rib-eye cheese steak entree and one without peppers/onions and was told no changes/substitutions because the kitchen was busy...but if I would have ordered two single sliders they would have done it. No kids menu, that being ok, asking for a slight modification to a slider resulted in same response about the kitchen being busy. Milkshakes were very thin...again, conceptually good ideas but execution lacked heavily. French fries needed to be crispier as they were soggier than five guys after sitting in the brown bag. I think this place could be great but execution was not there.

I have tried but still a fail! Greasy soggy fries and sloppy burgers. The only thing I found edible was the lamb burger. Looks like the old Westlawn, but a burger joint?? Ice cream and desserts are good.

I got the cauliflower steak slider and the quinoa black bean slider....AMAZING. The sweet potato fries are the best I've ever had. My daughter got a regular slider and loved it. This is our new spot ??

Excellent menu and great staff. Food is always really good.
We had a really great lunch today at City Sliders. The menu had so many great options, we had trouble choosing. In the end, we tried the Korean Chicken, the Banh Mi, the Black Bean and the cauliflower Steak sliders and loved them all. They were hot, fresh and tasty. Apparently they also had gluten free buns available too, and the salads also sounded good. I think we’ve found our new favorite restaurant in North Beach!

It was a special “plated” night at city sliders, so there were none of the sliders available. This was not advertised when making the reservation online, nor on the website or FB page. The food was subpar and expensive. Really wanted sliders!!
