Great bourbon list and the food is solid. One of my favorite spots North Beach. Great service
I've never reviewed a restaurant, so congrats! You suck way hard. The female bartender was the rudest I've ever encountered. She brought my boyfriend the wrong beer, and when he told her she made a face and some sort of rude noise. She then told the other bartender, who wasn't rude, but unfriendly, that she was going to the outside bar. We were grateful to have that miserable person leaving our presence. We had someone with us celebrating a birthday, and were prepared to spend some money, but nevermind.
We came on a cold January night. Reservations were not required. The dining room was almost full. We requested far from the music as it was loud and not so great. We were seated against the far outside wall where the marina is. Our waitress came, introduced herself and passed out the menus.
She returned in a few minutes to see if we were ready to order a beverage, but we were not and asked for a couple more minutes. Our conversation was very good, and we soon forgot about her until we noticed her bringing orders to the tables around us, but not checking on us. After 20 minutes, I flagged her down. She apologized profusely and took our beverage and food orders.
The beverage came quickly and the food soon after.
• The salmon was very good.
• The pork and cabbage special that I ordered was not. It was too sour. The cabbage was not cooked, but barely heated. The bullion in the dish was just hot vinegar.
• The 1 lb. of mussels was hardly that, perhaps 8 oz. The garlic and shallots were not cooked but just heated in the wine.
There were too many customers there for this place to be so bad. I will attribute it to a bad night when some key staff were missing.
Parking: Plenty of parking across the street in the lot.

The mom-mom soup was very tasty! I was a little disappointed with the crab cake sandwich. Flavorful but needed more crab, especially for the price. Service was excellent!

This location is way out of the way; you have to be planning to visit. I did not eat in the restaurant, desiring a less formal and more relaxed atmosphere at the outdoor patio bar area overlooking the marina. For mariners, the patio bar has a great view overlooking the marina. The friendly staff are much more attentive to those sitting at the bar, versus the high-top tables on the patio. The mussels, Maryland fare (crab soup and Old Bay wings), and Salmon dish were very good. While the quality of the food was good, the food and drinks are a bit pricey. I do plan to return during warm weather months.

I have a spice allergy and this restaurant could not accommodate me. Service was so slow we had to grab someone to get a water refill.
Dietary restrictions: Food is not really made fresh- it is prebattered so they can not accommodate certain allergies

We had an impromptu day at the beach and went to Ketch 22 for the first time. We ate real Marylanders and know our seafood. The lump crab dip with toasted garlic sourdough bread for starters was plenty to share for the 3 of us with leftovers. The main course of crab quesadillas were really good and the grilled shrimp pesto pasta was excellent. We were totally impressed and definitely going back again to this hidden gem in North Beach.

Always a great place to go with friends and loved ones. And ask for the crab soup half and half. They will give you half cream of crab and half Maryland, the best of both worlds!

3 x out of towners first time here. Food was an absolute miss. Tacos over sauced with an extreme salty poor excuse of a BBQ sauce, summer salad barely had anything on it other than smothered blue cheese.
Probably a great place to get a drink with a view.
Hard pass on anything else.

Catch 22 was absolutely amazing from start to finish for my best friend’s wedding weekend! They accommodated us for everything, from the rehearsal dinner to the post-wedding brunch, and made the entire experience unforgettable. The food and drinks were perfect, and the staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. I truly can’t recommend Catch 22 enough; they made the whole weekend magical.
