We had a lovely dinner here without the kids. The cheeses were all fantastic, and we both loved hearing where they were sourced, etc. The drink menu was excellent and the service was very friendly and helpful. They were a bit slow at times, but only because they were so busy! This is a lovely addition to North Beach and I can't wait to return.

WINNER!!! This restaurant is an absolute gem!! Amazing food, top notch service, and a very comfortable environment to dine in. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Found it through a random suggestion on Yelp and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Highlights have to be the cheese board (award winning cheese), oysters, tomato soup and the pimento cheese. In reality everything was amazing but those items really stuck out. The owner (Tyler) was there and is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Loved talking with him about the restaurant. Him and his wife have such a solid past in the restaurant industry that is makes sense that they have created such an amazing restaurant. Please go and enjoy this restaurant, it's an amazing place. Oh and don't forget to order a cocktail. Vaughn's has an extremely strong cocktail program.

After many visits to Vaughan Cheese, I finally decided to review it. This little quaint cheese counter and bar/restaurant is delightful. A beautiful selection of cheese fills the air with amazing aromas. Fresh food, creative recipes, and a dedicated staff hit every nail on the head. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, both with a great ambiance. I recommend dressing nice and dropping a bit of cash on a lovely meal at Vaughan Cheese. The wines are always yummy and perfectly paired to accompany the menu options. Perched right on the Chesapeake Bay, just a moment's walk from the water. PERFECTION!
