I went to five guys with me and my friends. First one of my friends found a hair inside of her burger, and then my other friend found a hair in her fries. We asked the worker for a refund and explained about the hair and she told us no. The lady was really rude, even while taker our orders.

CURBSIDE PICKUP DOESN'T WORK HERE. The staff doesn't care that their system apparently never works (or they don't know how to use it). Told me I needed to come inside for curbside pickup. I showed them I checked in online and got a message my order was on the way. They looked at me like I was nuts and told me everyone has to call or come inside (!) for curbside, no matter what the app says. No signs or anything else suggests you need to call, and I've never had this issue with any other Five Guys or company that uses the same ordering platform. On top of this they were rude, and showed zero interest in exploring the problem. Never buying from this store again!

Every time I walk there stuff look at you funny even though am standing by pickup area. They won't get it am here to pickup order for 15 minutes. Then more people comes and you are at the end of the line. Stuff is out of touch with reality. Zero situational awareness. I was there and there were at least five people working.

Rated 0! Not for the food, but the staff. I should had gotten her name, but the cashier with the glasses, wow her attitude was atrocious! I simply had to walk out 5 minutes ago without ordering anything because of her strong unnecessary attitude!
5 Guys stand up to all the bs, get rid of the paper straws, the paper kills your milkshake, you give out plastic cups for ketchup, plastic lids for your cups, it makes no sense, you guys are killing one of the items that made you the place to go, this is my last time, let me know when you get back to normal. Seeya.
